Needed a brake light bulb changed on my Tiida. Went in to Cascades Auto electrical, there was a guy at the counter who said it was his lunch time and to bring the car back in an hour. Got my son to take the car to them an hour later as advised earlier. The same guy at the counter told my son he was too busy and to make an appointment for a later time. When my son asked why then did he ask us to bring the car back earlier the guy just said he does have time. Brought the car in (3rd time) the next morning and this time he put in a new bulb (Took him 1min to do this) and he charged me $15. Never again will I go back. read more
