Taking my car for its annual service, I feared the worst; this is going to cost me. I explained to Roger at the desk that he must go gentle on me, and let me know about any faults. He reassured me that they will provide an excellent service, and will keep me informed of any faults, if any.
An hour into the service, Roger called to advise a small fault on the engine was noticed, and that they will only be able to replace the part the next day. A loan car was organized at no extra cost, and my car was ready the next day after work, cleaned and ready to roll another ten thousand kilometers.
The whole team at Northcote was easy to work with, and Roger really went out of his way to assist me with my vehicle's service. read more
