I've been going to these guys for many years (about 9) and they are honest and good value. I really appreciate them.

The reception was great, had a friendly staff took care of me in both occasions I've visited…read more I could not say the same for their services unfortunately. Had two really bad experience with these guys. While ago, when I asked for an oil service (their "basic" service), they charged me extra, saying the car took 5L of oil rather than their limit of 4.5L - seemed appropriate at the time. What I found out later was that the car took 4.5L of oil MAX (which should've been covered at no extra cost) instead, what I had back was a car with messy engine bay, oil spilled everywhere (perhaps that's why it took 5L to fill up?) More recently, I took another chance with these guys, hoping that my last experience was just a one-off thing. Again, the staff was friendly. Asked for a WOF, and told them that one of the fog-light needed replacing. They've charged 19$ for the foglight, which when I came back home to check was NOT CHANGED AT ALL (I'm pretty sure of this as the last time it went out, I've replaced them myself and used the cable ties to hold the guards in place. The cable ties were still intact, and there are NO OTHER WAYS to get to the foglight, unless you take the whole bumper out of the car, or you have 10+ joints in your fingers). I can understand the light + labor to cost $19 as the plastic guard underneath the car is rather annoying to remove when replacing the light. I cannot understand nor sympathize with the fact I was (as far as I can conceive) lied to, and the fact that they've passed the WOF with a failing foglight. I hope whomever is reading this to take an extra caution when doing business with this branch. It is your responsibility to ensure the work the mechanic is carrying out is fully understood, agreed upon, and re-verified at the end. Do approach with good faith at your own risk (wouldn't recommend though)
