There have been many unexplained delays and very poor customer service…read more There have been many damages to my property. My garage door was damaged. I paid my handyman to repair this. My electric outlet near the breaker box was damaged. I paid my handyman to repair this. A trench was dug across my property and was not filled in. This was unsafe for me and my horses. They have not filled it in properly. i paid my handyman to make temporary repairs. For months they said that they would fill it in, but they have not done so, despite many reminders. They cut through some stall mats and did not tell me. I only found out because a sighted friend pointed out the damage. I had to bug them to have the mats replaced. They repeatedly let animals out of enclosures and endangered horses by giving them access to feed rooms. (One of the most common ways that horses die is to colic after overeating grain.) I am blind, they read the contract to me and reassured me that they would cover the cost of tree removal. Now they want me to pay for tree removal, which is necessary in order for the solar panels to receive sunlight.. I ask that they complete the project. Require employees to manage care better on properties with livestock and pets. Pay for the removal of 3 trees that interfere with the solar project. ($5,000) Reimburse for my repair of their damages to my electric outlet, garage door and repairs on the trench. Compensate for inconvenience and poor management of the project. $2000 They need to reach out with an appropriate offer for resolution.

He had great ideas for our outdoor lighting solution and did a nice job replacing our panel. About 16 months after services were performed, our outdoor photocell went bad. First attempt at contacting him was ignored, so after a week I tried again and he responded saying he'd be here on November 18th to replace the faulty photocell. He never showed up, and I have made several text and email attempts with no response. Our outdoor lights have been burning for six months now, so I will have to replace it myself.
