Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

Have used this car wash for their $13.99 price in the past and have had no complaint…read more Yesterday I went for the $21.99 price and was very disappointed after it did the pre-wash twice, rinsed, applied some sort of 'protector' coat to half the car and then rinsed again. That's it? Very poor. Noticed the car not clean while finish drying on my own. Surprised I also went for the $3 vacuum and was disappointed once again. No suction due to clogged hose! Called to let Kirkland know so they could get their equipment working again. Woman I spoke with was nice and very understanding. She collected my information and was going to send a credit to be used at my convenience. So far, no email from Kirkland. At some future date I may give them one more chance, but so far the disappointment out weighs my anticipation of once again getting a great product for the price.

Fortunately, we met Ivan at Chable's Concrete who was an absolute delight to work with. He showed up on time for our appointment, offered us several great solutions for our challenging backyard (which is narrow, and slightly sloped), and promptly sent an estimate. He understood our plan that seemed puzzling to other companies. When we made changes, it was no problem. Ivan came by the next day to measure, finalize the design, and answer any other questions we had. He scheduled our installation the following week. Day one of our project, Ivan and Rodger excavated, leveled the site, and laid the forms. Day two, he poured cement and created a beautiful custom patio design.
