I hate to give this place a low score since their food is REALLY good. So, this review is based on their service. I've come a few times, dined in, ordered to go a couple times. While dining in, the waiters/waitresses we've had, have a harder than usual time understanding orders, asking for water refills constantly and checked on (asked the same question) by multiple waiters is odd... the timing of things is just so long. Ordering out. Usually don't order anything too crazy to go. Just the typical chips, salsa and queso. I find it hard to believe this queso and salsa isn't made up and sitting in a pot for quick delivery. I was given the estimated time of 5 minutes to get my order and go, which turned into. 20 minute wait and hair in my tiny cheese that cost 7$ ( a week prior we had gotten a really large cup/ bowl. Looked like it was a half full to go soup container). It's frustrating when there's good food and horrible service. There's tons of Mexican restaurants here and I think after many attempts of giving the benefit of the doubt, I'm gonna have to go with the competition. read more

My wife and I have been going to Casamigos since they first opened. We've always really enjoyed the food. Since the pandemic, we have been ordering to go and really trying to support their establishment during these difficult times and always tip well whether we eat in or out. However, for the third time in a row, last night we received the wrong order. If we order shredded beef, we want shredded beef, not ground beef or shredded chicken. We didn't complain the first two times. However, last night we called. No one from management was available so we left a message with our phone number. No one has bothered to call us back to let us know how we can avoid having this problem in the future. Very disappointed to have to change to a new go-to restaurant. read more

Great, friendly service and yummy food! I got a shredded beef chimichanga and was pleasantly surprised to find potatoes in it...it was DELICIOUS. Like a marriage between pot roast and Mexican food! I usually never finish my chimi at other restaurants but I couldn't help but finish this one because I loved it so much! Dinner came with chips, beans, and salsa, all of which were good. Prices are reasonable as well! My boyfriend loved the rice compared to other restaurants we've been to. We were too full for dessert but they were also reasonably priced and looked very tempting! Definitely worth a try if you're looking for a new place to test out :) read more

I was excited to try this place, after seeing all the positive reviews. The salsa was like red water. For an appetizer I ordered the cheese dip. That was very good. For dinner, I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo Burrito. The chicken was very dry and had no flavor. The overall burrito was very greasy and had no flavor other than grease. The "salad" that was supposed to come with it was a 1/4 cup of iceberg lettuce was some diced tomatoes thrown on top. It wasn't dressed with anything. I ate my mushrooms out of the burrito and left the rest. I commented on it to my server, but she didn't respond. She just picked up my plate and left. The service was adequate, I guess. I thought I would give this place a try and ordered takeout. The guacamole was pretty good. They gave a big bag of chips with 2 containers of good salsa. I think maybe they need to work on their chalupas, I ordered 2 and they were not something I could ever pick up to eat, the meat was worse than taco bells beef filling and there was a ton of liquid in the bottom which turned what was there into soup and Def not in a good way. The tamales had a weird flavor I couldn't figure out and d I d not enjoy. You know what I do see missing from all these reviews is any feedback from management, not one word to say hey sorry you spent 40 bucks on soup chalupe. Ugh! read more

We tried this place out on a whim and loved it! Great food and very friendly staff. In addition to a traditional chips and salsa appetizer, they offer a delicious bean dip as well. I am very sure I ordered the wrong thing at this restaurant. I am writing this review to warn others not to make the same mistake. Please do not order their crab enchiladas. I have never tasted anything so horrible. $15 worth of absolute yuck. I thought that I might throw up trying to eat it. The beans were delicious the salsa was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The crab tasted old. It had a very strong fishy taste and smell. Good quality crab as you know does not ever smell or taste like that. I asked for a cream sauce over it. The cream sauce was so over garlicked that it was by itself a disgusting thing. I took half of it home and later tried to doctor it up with a different sauce and more cheese and it still tasted horrible. Someone needs to eliminate this item from their menu so that others do not wind up having to trash the entire restaurant. It is all that I tried with the exception of my husband's burrito which tasted alright. But paying $15 for something that smelled and tasted the way it did is terrible and I hope that no one else winds up going through this. If you wind up with this plate in front of you and it disagrees with you the way it did me send it back. I could not do that because this was a birthday treat so I kept my mouth shut. I ordered this plate because in other restaurants it is superb and can be a very delicious entree. Casamigos trashed this wonderful dish completely and to the point where I am writing a terrible review. I am sorry that I had to do this. read more

Not impressed with the place. Atmosphere was nice and food presentation was lovely, but the food flavor was a bit bland. Staff was friendly but we had to ask for our silverware because we never got any. When my husband asked for a chip and salsa refill he also asked for sour cream and guacamole. Server brought our chips and salsa and walked away, I had to flag her down again to ask for it and she said it was coming. Again, in a friendly way, but a little communication on our food would've been nice. My husband and I won't go back. read more

If you're looking for a quiet get away with friends or spouse, this is the place to go. Wife and I love going for happy hour. Waitress are awesome, Quick to bring out food. Food is great, plates are nice and hot. Interior lay out is spacious with bright colors. I've seen the indoor fire seating area, but never seen it in action. Television in view of every seating area I've been seated. Also Free chips, salsa, and bean dip are perfect to go with the game on tv. read more

This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant to go eat at. Today, it's my least favorite. Prices have ridicules gone up, more like $6 a meal more than what it was before the pandemic. They are now charging a service fee, if you pay with a debit/credit card, which unsure how the service fee is calculated. I had to pay $1.89 with my order. The rice that was given to us, tasted like a days old rice. Very dry & more looked/tasted like it was microwaved. It was hard & very dry. My husband had to ask 3x's for a glass of water & it still wasn't given to him. We went at 1:30pm (Thursday), so it wasn't like the restaurant was full. It anything, they only had about 3-4 tables with customers. At the time to pay, I waited a good 5+ minutes to pay. I could hear employees talking in the back kitchen. Until I finally walked that way so they can see me. Horrible service, food & prices. Never going there again. read more

Dined in tonight and ordered chicken fajitas. I'm not a complainer when it comes to food but when my fajitas are swimming in grease and burnt on the bottom because the pan is so hot..yuck! Waitresses and staff is all very friendly but food is not great at all. Ordered a molcajete & they brought it out wrapped with foil ?! Then what's the whole point of the molcajete ! The first time we went here we got enchiladas and it was great. Today, however, what we ordered looked nothing like what we got. Bill confirmed there wasn't a miscommunication. Couldnt even find what we got on the menu. I ordered Santa Fe Shrimp Tostadas. Should have been fried tostada with lettuce, tomato, beans, shrimp and avacado. I got tostadas, but for some reason the cook put seasoned broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower on top. This covered all of the food and completely saturated the tostada making it inedible. It was layered so high with this weird mix that you couldn't see the tostada. My husband ordered tacos al pastor. Pork with cilantro and Pico. No cilantro, no Pico came. Service was good, food not so much. Talapia fish tacos were very fishy. I needed to add a squeeze of lime, some salt and salsa to make them palatable. The tortillas fell apart. The chili relleno was not a poblano, which was disappointing, but could have been OK if the cheese were melted. Chips were OK, tasted bit stale, salsa boring, but you can get a version that is overly spicy. Mix the 2 together and it's a little better. Had to ask for a spoon...how are you supposed to get the salsa to the food without one? Use a chip I guess. Beans were bland, rice OK. Atmosphere is great, wait staff friendly. This restaurant/cantina has only been in business for about a month as of this rating. First the positives: prices are very reasonable on the food menu offerings, although portions of rice/beans on combinations are moderate. Very nice staff and atmosphere. Negatives: Mail Ad stated Senior discounts, however, waiters did not know what they were, and manager had left for a break. Big disappointment for me was ordering two different beverages from the Cantina, a Cazuela and Jalisco, and both had extremely little to none detection of alcohol inclusion. Might as well have ordered Kool Aide, and paid $8.00 to $9.00 each! Despite being honestly stated herein, I hope they are a great success in the Keizer community. read more
