Dr. Asta knowingly and willfully made false reports about my children to Child and Family Services.
She is a bully, and when I wouldn't put up with her verbal abuse, or allow my children to be physically assaulted by her again, she called made false reports about my kids in an effort to have them removed from my care.
When Doctor Asta straddled my son after pulling down his pants, with her bare legs touching him, and forcefully restrained him until he bruised, he became so traumatized that he is still having night terrors about it and has started wetting the bed. My son has High Functioning Autism, and this treatment was more than he could comprehend. My son is small he's only 36" tall, this force was not needed! It's not appropriate for doctors to wear short dresses with bare legs because they often need to be in close contact with patients. Now my son has nightmares of having his pants ripped down and being straddled by her, while she rips his arms out of joint and stabs him repeatedly.
Doctor Asta herself gave my twins their injectied vaccines, and there is proof in the vaccine records, yet she called CFS and said that we refused vaccines. She also said that my children have rotted out teeth and go to sleep with a bottle (they are 5 and do no such thing!) This was after I gave her access to my children's dentist, and the crowns on my children's 4 year molars prove they have had dental care in the last year. They are seen by an amazing dentist at the Pediatric Dentist of Pleasant Hill, and the most certainly do not have bottle rot!
Luckily for us, her lies were very obvious to Child and Family Services, and they sent us home with pats on the back for how wonderfully we are raising our children. I had 2 hours from the time I got the call to when I had to bring my children into the Child and Family Sevices office, I was terrified that I wouldn't be leaving with them. Children have been taken into foster care for less claims, and it's very hard to fight a doctor on abuse charges.
It wasn't right away that Doctor Asta reported us for abuse, it was only after I found a new pediatrician and explained the situation, and that we feared retaliation for switching doctors, that she reported us with those lies. The new pediatrician said that they would make sure she knew my children had a new treating physician and would be recieving health care from them, so no need to get upset. Still, she called CFS once she found out that we left her practice. This is evidence of her retaliation, if she really believed we were abusing our kids, she would have reported the issue after the incidents, not weeks later when we switched doctors.
Doctor Asta targeted us for this abuse because we are Christian homeschoolers. She stated that homeschooling was an act of abuse, and insinuated that religion was for idiots.
The foster system is far from perfect, abuse happens often. My twins having ASD and short stature put them at increased risk of abuse, and traumatization by being ripped out of their home. She blatantly put them at risk by her bold faced lies. Obviously this cold hearted narcissist has no remorse and is morally bankrupt. Unfortunately California law only allows recourse for false reports when damages have been done, if she was in another state her crimes would carry jail time.
Obviously you are a parent who cares enough about their child to look up reviews, don't risk the well being of your child by taking them to see this Quack. We are a good family, I'm an artist and children's entertainer, and my husband is a software engineer. Neither of us have a criminal record, or so much as a speeding ticket. If this could happen to us, it could happen to you, protect your family and stay far away from this monster. read more
