I had to drive to the location after paying for delivery to attempt to resolve. when I arrived at the store, they were busy. I approached the counter and explained what happened and asked if they could remake the order. I wasn't asking for anything more than that. I was told it would be 45 minutes because I would need to wait for them to serve everyone else in the restaurant first. even other customer were interjecting telling them to replace my food first. they refused. I asked for a refund instead and was again told they could give me a refund until they served everyone in the store. I left with cold, inedible food that went into trash outside the store. corporate response was no better really. they offered a few free entrees for my trouble, but that doesn't account for the delivery fees I paid or the fact that after paying for delivery I had to drive to the store to try to resolve.
