If you are looking for a B&B off the beaten path, this could be the place for you. It's not to pricey, but like many other European B&B's you have a shared bath in the hallway, and small rooms. They allowed for 6 of us to be in one room. It was tight, but we were only looking for a spot to sleep so we could fully enjoy Venice at night.
If you like more of a local experience this is also a good spot. The walk to and from the main areas takes you past many beautiful churches and fabulous architecture.
Travelers need to remember to bring shampoo and other basic essentials. However, if you forget there is a COOP grocery close by that should have some of the items you might need.
Traveller tips. Sit outside for meals if you can, but be aware of the coperto and servizio charges. The coperto is per person and can be as much as 2 euro each. The service charge is a percentage of the bill. If you are trying to save money sit inside and decline the bread. This will help a little.
Otherwise enjoy the experience and don't worry about the extra fees. read more
