This is a great hotel! Located in the heart of Dolo, such an awesome Italian town. The owner is a saint. My friends and I were on a Euro trip, and were bouncing from hostel to hostel. We needed a place to stay the night before we planned to see Venice. On a last-minute reservation, the Albergo Campana welcomed us with open arms. It was very late Saturday night when we checked in, but the owner graciously accepted us and provided us with a nice room to sleep in. The next day, he walked us through how to get ticket for the bus in order to get to Venice. Plus, he provided us with parking tips so we park our car close to the hotel and NOT get towed. After Venice, we departed the hotel. We had to return because we needed Wi-Fi to know where we were going next. Even though our time had ended, the owner let us in (on a Sunday, which is a big deal in Italy) and we were able to use the Wi-Fi for however long we needed. This saving grace allowed my two friends and me to plan where we were going next and how to get there. If you plan on visiting Venice, you must stay in this hotel. It is cheap, free breakfast, good Wi-Fi, close to Venice, and located in such an authentic Italian town called Dolo. My friends and I were blessed to have been there during a huge art/music festival. This may have been my favorite part of my European trip. - Matt Ruland, stayed on July 9th 2016 read more
