I've been here a few times and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The moment we walk in that door we are greeted and sat right away. As the host is sitting us there's another person already putting chips and salsa on our table. The cócteles And ceviche tostadas are always fresh. That's pretty much all we order seafood. I also like how they work as a team. Seriously always come here with my family, and they never disappoint. Food is amazing and everyone is super friendly. Servers are constant checking on you asking if you need a refill or more chips and salsa or if you need anything else. Food comes out fast, and prices are pretty low. Been here over 20 times. I only give this place 1 star because I have to rate it and there is nothing less for a option. We have been to this place 2 different times and have always ordered the same thjng. My husband ordered the steak fajitas and he loved them my self the Ayce and my kids the pancake and egg breakfast. Today my daughter was sitting as she was already done eating and started to pick at her pancakes again and she yells out there a bug in my pancake. My normal response was no there isn't! Then I looked and sure enough there was a bug cook on her pancakes. My family was disgusted and did not even try to finish out food. We had that ugh feeling like we should just barf it up. The waitress was not apologetic at all she brought the bill and said we took the pancakes off. My husband stayed to pay the bill and the manager offered a 50 dollar gift card after the fact we paid 45 dollar for the bill. Heck no we don't want a gift card because we will not be coming back! There is no excuse for a bug in your food.It was not just a little bug it was a bug with legs and body that was big enough to see by just a glance and you can tell it had been cook! I was excited to try this place as they advertise AYCE mexican for 10$. We went in on Sunday afternoon, it was very busy. While we were seated quickly our service was very slow. It took 40 mins to get food and my order was messed up big time and then server forgot sides we had ordered, so again I waited for my food. When I finally did get it I was disappointed. I ordered three items from their AYCE choices. Chicken taco, chickens burrito, and Greene chili burrito, all no cheese. The two burritos were indistinguishable from one another, they tasted the exact same and were kind of a big sloppy mess with some sort of gravy sauce drowning them. Whatever the sauce was it was void of any flavour but cornstarch and salt. The chicken taco was just ok. Beans were flavorless and over salted, rice was mildly dried out. I picked through the burritos obnoxious amount of soggy tortilla and ate the meat with the only good thing I ordered, guacamole. Well another Mexican joint gone bad. What I mean is it looked Mexican from the outside, there were Mexican's eating there and the waiter spoke Mexican, or spanish I forget, anyway. My mother ordered the flautas and I ordered shiken enchiladas. When our order came up her flautas were slightly burned and my enchiladas came not with red sauce or even green sauce but a yellowish vague that really didn't taste like anything, it was just blah. The rice was over cooked and the beans tasted, I think burned a little. As far as that goes I won't be going there anytime soon to say the least. On to the next one. read more

Came with a group of 20. Tables were ready for us, as we called in a couple hours before hand. Chips and salsa were brought immediately after we were sat with our menus. Drink orders were taken then . They gave us enough time to look and see debate what to order . The most important thing is that everyone's food came out hot, quickly and we all received it at the same time. Which is difficult to do as we ordered kids meals, burgers , tortas, breakfast, cocktails, soups , seafood pretty much everything from the menu. We used to love going here before the remodel. It was family friendly and affordable. But, since adding the bar and TV 's it has become loud and over priced. The bar patrons yell and scream at the TV, and the atmosphere had really changed. We love casa jimenez. Me or my sisters always take my mom here for Breakfast or dinner. We love the cocido. There green chile is good as well. The waitresses are always attentive to us. They always take the time to speak to my 82 year old mom to make sure she has everything she needs. Its shows they care about their customers. Food is great, atmosphere is great. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess. We were seated and asked what drinks we would like. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Our order was taken when the drinks were delivered. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our order for food that was mediocre at best. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Came here yesterday and had the mexican food buffet cuz.... who doesn't want all those words in one sentance! Also you couldn't beat the price for the deal ANYWHERE! The service was very fast and friendly. I got the taquitos (Great), cheese enchilada (wasn't a fan of the sauce), and carne asada taco (great) which was served with beans and rice and a side salad.... It was all really good, I also had a bean an cheese burrito to finish but the beans were a lil flavorless but the cheese is bomb so it made up for it. On top of all that the chips and salsa were super good! Make sure you make time for a nap after ordering the buffet. read more

The all you can eat menu is great. However, after you eat one plate your too full to eat much more. Suggestions: allow second plate portions to go from the all you can eat menu. I don't really like to write horrible reviews but this one is a must. Went in with a big party and we all ordered the all you can eat with simple drinks and guacamole. We all split our bills and once we got our food we didn't see the waitress that much. She came by maybe 3 times and we were there a long time refilling up. I was doing fine until I got my receipt... The price of the guacamole on the menu was $4 and they charged me 4. 95 like ok whatever let me just mention it to the waitress and get my 95 cents because no way will I be jipped off. What really bothered the hell out of me was the SERVICE CHARGE. Ok now wtf is that? A service charge for them to do there job?!? And oh what a coincidence the recommended tip of the damn bill was the same amount of the service charge. They probably get away for the service charge and then people still giving a tip?!? What a scam. Never again will I be coming here no way will I get charged for someone to do there job especially after the carne gave me chorro. Horrible place. Rather go to McDonald's. read more
