We could not skip dessert and throughly enjoyed the cheesecake and creme brûlée (I made have eaten most of this myself). We recently celebrated my Godson's graduation from Baylor University with a party of 14 at Casa do Brasil and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing -- especially considering we paid for the "Full Experience." The biggest issue was the service flow. Our party was seated at long rectangular tables, and instead of serving our entire group together, the meat servers repeatedly served only one side of the table before immediately moving on to other tables behind them. This left half of our party eating while the other half sat waiting 10-15 minutes for the same meats to finally circle back around. At a restaurant where guests are paying premium prices for a full Brazilian steakhouse experience, I would expect the staff to prioritize serving the entire party equally before moving on elsewhere. To make matters worse, the variety of meats was extremely lacking. Despite paying for the "Full Experience," we were brought mostly the same cuts over and over again -- primarily Picanha and chicken. The premium cuts and variety that are advertised were rarely seen at our table. The most frustrating part involved the shrimp. After it was initially served, several people at our table wanted more. We asked not one, not two, but FOUR different servers if shrimp could come back around. Every single one assured us it was "on the way." Over 30 minutes later, it finally returned -- long after everyone had lost interest and finished eating. Meanwhile, guess what kept coming back nonstop? Picanha. Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized and inattentive for a celebration dinner of this size and price point. We had an incredible dining experience at Casa Do Brasil, and much of that is thanks to our amazing server, Brooke. From the moment we were seated, she made our party of 8 feel truly welcomed. Brooke recommended fantastic drinks that everyone at the table loved, and she was consistently attentive throughout the evening--always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond by coordinating with the gauchos to ensure we received all the specific cuts of meat we requested--everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. She even ended our meal with a beautifully presented cheesecake that was the perfect final touch. Special shoutout to Francisco, the manager, who stopped by our table multiple times to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The salad bar is fresh, beautifully curated, and full of variety -- from creamy cheeses and hummus, to crisp greens and classic Caprese. But the real star? The tableside grilled meats. Every cut was cooked to perfection -- juicy, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The picanha was a standout, and the grilled pineapple was the perfect sweet bite in between.
