Friend replied back that they use AV Action Air, have for YEARS and they have NEVER had a problem. They've ALWAYS been taken care of professionally with the highest degree of Quality. We decided to give them a try. Called up, the next day McGuire came over to diagnose the unit. Found that the compressor went south, and some of the wires were BURNED as well. We scheduled and appointment with them to have a new compressor installed, wiring replaced and new refrigerant put in as well. She basically said she had no record and get other quotes and get back to them. She quoted $135 service fee (it's down the street) $120x 4 per machine and $35 to drill out each lock x 4. It's sad because my mom really valued the business and at 72 was hoping they'd still be reliable. We didn't want anything free just a little something since 4 machines total. She said not willing to give any discount and okay with me taking business elsewhere. Luckily found the keys later on today so didn't have to deal with calling her back. Just be mindful of the wife who answers the phone now. Hopefully this review will inspire more kindness and customer service from her or the husband next time to engage with customers again.

After making tons of calls on Google with no luck for finding someone who who fixes Samsung…read moreappliances I went here on Yelp and found EZ Fix Appliance who could repair my washer. They charge a flat rate of $70 and no extra fees which that goes to the total. David the phone manager was short with me which I like since my washer was leaking everywhere. He sent a repairman out in just under 30 minutes. His repairman Freddy was sent and he pinpointed the problem in just a few minutes and stopped the leaking after 30 minutes and he even helped me clean up the water under the washer machine. He charges fair prices for his labor rate and he didn't let me down. I can't thank David and Freddy enough for an easy experience.
