I've used them in the past and been very satisfied. But this time they came and did the repair…read morewithout letting me know the cost until after the job was done. They are courteous, on-time, and knowledgable, but as a customer I should be given the opportunity to decline (and just pay for the service call) if I felt the repair cost was too high. I'm not saying don't use them, as I think they are still a good option, but be sure to get a price before the work is done so you can make that call yourself. Otherwise, their $75 visit/diagnostic fee is very reasonable nowadays. **Edited review since the owner, Tony, felt like commenting! That's about right, but funnily enough, when I google it my AI says it's more like $150-$280, parts and labor. Although one result DID come back $350, so perhaps you are just at the more pricey end of the spectrum? Regardless, you should probably give customers the ability to CHOOSE, once it's diagnosed, if they want you to do it at a quoted price, or if they want to buy that inexpensive part and do it themselves. In fact, I think that's actually the law..

TJ Appliance Repair was fantastic. I needed the gasket replaced on an LG washing machine, and Tony…read moreshowed up right on time. My washer turned out to be a rare model, so the job ended up being way more complicated than expected, but Tony was amazing. He went above and beyond, and got it done right. 5 stars all day. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Prices were very reasonable and the response time was very quick. I'll definitely be using them in the future and I'll highly recommend them to friends and family for the future. Thank you, Quickfix!

Excellent experience with Elijah and Nate!…read more I had ordered an LG Washtower washer/dryer combo from Costco. Costco's delivery + installation was a debacle. Had to reschedule since Costco didn't include all the parts and then when they came back after I purchased the parts they then said they had a policy where they wouldn't install it since my condo unit uses a wall drain instead of a floor drain. Anyways, I contacted Elijah at Quickfix. Very quick to respond, and was clear in their communication. Much more personable than the bigger businesses that just feel so impersonal with random technicians. They offered a competitive rate and were able to come the same day to help us install the Washtower. Elijah and Nate were extremely friendly, told me that they didn't need to use all the parts that the previous installer told me to buy, so I will be able to return some items. They moved the machine into the closet, got it hooked up and running, tested it to make sure everything functioned properly, cleaned up and also helped take all the packaging trash out. They also helped put the laundry closet door back on that the previous contractors removed. Just a pleasant experience all around. They were very knowledgeable and they will be who I'll contact for any future appliance repair needs. Discovered that they also have their HVAC license now so that's also great to know. Thank you!
