I needed to order flowers for my grandmas viewing and I was happy with the arrangements I ordered online. One of them looked a little different but they were beautiful. I was about to place an order but received AWFUL customer service! I called to ask a question about a bouquet and was greeted with a terrible attitude by the woman that answered the phone. When i asked about the bouquet vase the woman snapped and said rudely "i dont have that vase" without even letting me finish my question... to which i replied, "Great, because i was going to ask if you could just use a regular vase instead but wanted to confirm before i placed my order". She then immediately replied and told me "You need to place your order online because i am very busy and have someone on the other line".. I told her that i was in fact about to place the order online but I just wanted to ask my question first and that she did not need to be so rude... she then said "I am not being rude. I am tired and I am busy and I am the only one in the store.".... Well you know what, ma'am? I am tired too. I am busy too.. but that is nobody else's fault and I would not treat customers that way. I have been in customer service for many years and you don't treat people that way.. especially in an industry where people are often calling to order sympathy flowers. I am taking my business elsewhere and it really is a bummer because their arrangements looked very nice but I refuse to spend my money at a business that treats customers so poorly. I hope this woman get's some sleep and maybe some assistance since she finds it so difficult to manage two phone calls at once (fyi - ask to place one of the calls on hold.. i promise people would rather be placed on hold that to be snapped at so rudely). read more

You never know, when you place an order, if they will meet your expecations of picture, etc, but they were spot on! And fresh and long lasting! And so reasonable for the huge arrangement they were. I ordered a flower arrangement online for delivery & what this place delivered did not look anything like the floral arrangement pictured online. The flowers were in bad condition, some of the stems were broken. The vase was completely different (style and color) and did not come with the ribbon that was supposed to be included. I was very disappointed I called them to let them know that my order did not include the ribbon and the vase wasn't as pictured. All they could offer me was to return my money and pick up the arrangement they had delivered. At the end they offered to deliver another vase with a ribbon. They dropped it off & the recipient had to re-arrange their surprise floral arrangement. What a mess! read more
