The lunch tasting menu included a glass of wine and your choice of starter, main course, and dessert. For my starter I had the Salmorejo (tomato and bread purée), garnished with Iberian jamón. The Salmorejo was similar to gazpacho, but the texture was more delicate. I ordered the rabbit cannelloni with creamy pureed potatoes as my entree. This dish was absolutely amazing! The portion was small, but very filling and rich in flavor. For dessert I chose the pear strudel in phyllo dough with ice cream. It was the perfect ending to such a wonderful meal! I thought the tasting menu was a great deal for 16€. My husband ordered from the a-la-carte menu instead. He started his meal with the aged goat cheese with bitter orange marmalade, walnuts and strawberries. I had to steal a bite since I love goat cheese; so good!
