Absolutely with no question this was the place for me! As a traveler, I often will get off a plane and think to myself, goodness gracious, I need a massage! Most of the time, I am looking ot pop right in, get business taken care of and be on my way. Not an easy task when you talk massage!!! I called 6 different places and nobody, NOBODY could fit me in. Mind you - I was limited in time, you know: - Wanted the massage in 30 minutes. - Only had a window of 2.5 hours to find a place and work the knots out. - Was only available today or tomorrow between appointments and my flight. - Yes, typical pain in the @$$ sales guy! Anyhow, I called Cary Massage the next morning and left A'Nother message for A'Nother massage. Here's the kewl thing, I recieved a call within 30 minutes from Nicole (Whom I believe to be the owner), I was not availabe due to my morning meeting but she stated i could have the 11:15 time slot if it worked. It did! AND the place was better than I had expected, WAY better. Thanks to you peeps and great reviews, I saw a yelp deal and new this was SOLID. Amber - She was awesome! I told her where I wanted the focus and she did exactly that. Army's of knots between the blades and lower back pain was the focus. Amber applied great pressure (the releasing kind) to get me back to reasonable. Which, is all I can ask for with my knotty issues *wink* Based on my experience and my annual travels to this area. I would not go anywhere else when I come back. Cary Massage is the place for me. Be well my firends, O read more

This massage group is phenomenal, probably the best I've tried in the triangle. The receptionists are always so calm and kind, along with the masseuse Chanda. I got a 60 minute Swedish Massage, which was fabulous. Chanda asked me multiple times if I was content and comfortable, and was extremely accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and smells great! I will definitely return. read more

I went this place today and my therapist is Linda. She is awesome I explained to her what I need and told her I am a pro Athlete. She did a great job more than I expected. Great job Linda see you again soon. read more

Admittedly, this is the first time I've ever had a Swedish massage - and the experience was great! Helen was super informative, friendly and receptive to whether the pressure was too much or too little. I didn't feel time pressured, which was nice. The place itself felt clean and cozy - maybe not as glitzy or glammy as other salons, but there wasn't any tactic to try to sell you any products at least. I would definitely come back. The only thing that's a little interesting (but well broadcasted) is not being able to use gift certificates on special deals, even when you're a new comer, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, great! read more

I've had a few massages now and a facial, although the facial was not what I expected, the massages were great! I suffer from chronic pain and my massage therapist, Nickisha is very good and attentive. Great hand pressure. I see her regularly. As far as the facial, I received great customer service from the owner and I appreciate her listening to me and rectifying the issue. read more

Great experience as I needed help with my TMJ. Massage was excellent and masseuse was very knowledgeable. Nice soothing office and staff!

Excellent service and massage! They accommodated for the same day service and were gracious in honoring all the yelp discounts. I got the deep tissue massage with Shell, she was very friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. My massage was both relaxing and very beneficial, she let me know which places were tight and what I could do at home to relieve tension. If you're looking for unbeatable quality of massage and a friendly establishment,go here. They have unbelievable specials and treat you like you're a part of the family. That being said, it is very different from some of the bigger spas I've previously attended in that there aren't really amenities like saunas etc. Be smart, support local business and relax here! Extra vaalue:if you book your next appointment right after having one, they give you $10 off. Try it out, the quality speaks for itself! read more

It was my husbands birthday and I treated the two of us to a couples massage. First time here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Very professional and clean. Can't remember our masseuses names, but they were FABULOUS!! Thank you again Cary Massage! read more

My husband and I had a terrific experience! We both had a 2 hour deep tissue massage and it was AWESOME!!

I came here today and got a deep tissue massage from Jessica. It was the best massage I've ever had! She is very nice and pays close attention to details. Everyone else I met that worked there was super nice as well. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I purchased the 60 minute massage through a yelp deal and was very happy. I went back shortly after for another massage at full price. Much better availability than their chain competitor (Massage Envy), just as good of a massage and better pricing too. Highly recommended! read more

Awesome experience at Cary Massage! My massage therapist was talented, attentive and made me feel like a new person. The overall vibe of the business is tranquil and welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

My husband and I went in on Saturday for a couples massage. He was so nervous (it was his first massage), but ended up really enjoying his massage with Helen. Yana was my therapist, and she is amazing. I've had hip pain for 2 years, but since Saturday's massage, I'm pain free. I wish I had found her years ago! They have heated massage tables - a definite bonus. Both took the time to ask questions about any injuries or concerns we had, and where we wanted to concentrate the massage. The staff was courteous, and booking the appointment was quite easy. The interior of the spa was nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back!! read more

Went for message today. Waste if money for 90 min. Don't even feel like I got one. Some areas needed to be done where not even touched. Hot towel not offer for neck. Stated with feet and hands not washed after that. Will not be back. I felt like I had a new student. read more

A number of years ago, I used to get a massage (in California) by a mobile therapist every two weeks and she was able to get used to my body's musculature and neuro-skeletal system. But she moved and I didn't find another. Then I moved to Cary four years ago and recently started looking for another therapist. I have tried two other massage locations in Cary. One went out of business when the economy took a down-turn, and the other... well let's say they spent too much time trying to hook me into a lifetime membership with no way out. And the massage was barely average to boot. After reading around some reviews, I thought I'd give Cary Massage a try. it's across town from me, but it was completely worth it. I got a 90min swedish for my first and I was sold. My wife went today for the same, and just like me, Nicole treated her well. Very professional, the ambiance was peaceful and therapeutic. I hope to make this a regular treat, and especially as I work my body back into shape, I'll need the body work. I have no need to look further. Cary Massage is wonderful. read more

Last week I had another message from one of the new therapists---Debra. My job is massively stressful and when I got there I had been experiencing some problematic back pain---though for 5 days after the message I have had NO BACK PAIN!! Debra was exceptional---she listened to what I was wanted and gave me one of the best messages I have had in a very long time. read more

Great massage therapist! Had one bad experience but overall the place to get quality massages!! I will continue to go here forever!!!

I love how easy it is to book with them. The atmosphere is very tranquil. My last massage was in the middle of the sliding scale from okay to good...my massage therapist was chatty at the beginning, which is frustrating because it negates the calmness of the experience. I also could not understand a single word she said, she speaks quietly and mumbles, so that was annoying. They email out specials which is fun. I'm taking off a star because there are do-Terra products (an MLM) EVERYWHERE! I'm pretty sure the oils they use on clients are do-Terra and that is no bueno for me. I'd book here again if it wasn't for that. I wish they used legitimate and non-controversial products...if I wanted pyramid scheme essential oils around me, I'd get on Facebook and wait for a message from a person who I haven't seen since high school that starts with "hey girl!". I'd love to be notified if the do-Terra garbage is ever done away with here so that I can come back! read more

It was a great massage and very friendly people working there. I will be going again soon!

Went here a while back, massage was ok. I just can't get past that they throw their religious views in everyone's face. Would never go back because of this. read more

Our therapist was awesome, best we've had yet. She was able to pinpoint the location that has been giving us trouble, and the exact muscle, which nobody has been able to find yet. And gave us some helpful insight into the problem area. The only downside was the building was a bit tricky to find, and a weird spot. But the massage was great and everyone was helpful and friendly :) read more

I went to Cary Massage for the first time the other night, and while I don't have a strong basis of comparison as its only the third massage I've ever had, I did enjoy it thoroughly and Rachel did a great job - she was very friendly and helpful. The yelp deal certainly helped, but even outside of that, their prices seem very reasonable. To address what a previous commenter said, the Christian nature of the business is on display fairly prominently (a cross and large bible on the table in my massage room), and as an atheist myself I went into it wondering what that was going to be like, but I certainly wasn't proselytized to in any way, and I'd imagine its nice for their customers who do share their beliefs. No bother for me, don't let it stop you! read more

Nice little spot in Cary. It was really hard to find, because it is in an area that looks like an apartment complex. It's a business complex, but give yourself about 10 extra minutes to find it. I got an hour long Swedish massage and I was slightly disappointed in the lack of strength behind the massage. Some portions were almost just like rubbing, not a massage. As per usual, I always ask for extra time on my feet, but no one wants to actually do it. I told my therapist but she said she would touch on the area "even though it was a Swedish massage". Not sure what that meant. If foot massages were extra, I would have paid the money. Nice music, and they have essential oils for an additional cost. I found all the open Bibles all over the place a bit weird but the staff was very sweet! read more

SUCH a great massage! I'm 33 weeks pregnant and received a massage certificate as a gift. Before pregnancy, I would usually get a massage at least once a month as my job requires 10 hours/day of standing and bending. I was a little weary of getting one during pregnancy, but Anna knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel more confident. I feel incredible and my sciatic pain has disappeared already! I will definitely be returning and referring everyone to Cary Massage. read more

I love Cary Massage! The atmosphere is peaceful and heavenly with out being flamboyant or pretentious! The masseuses are great and listen to what I need! The price is right and I need to make another appt there! =) read more

A very professional and caring agency; I always seek out Anna who is kind, caring and a talented masseuse. I have a consistently better experience here than at other locations including spas in larger urban areas! I highly recommend. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Amy gives the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, she has helped me so much with my sore muscles from running 4+ plus miles a day on the greenway and doing yoga and TRX workouts. Every time I leave this place I am so relaxed and rejuvenated. The office staff is so nice and they run great specials! If you're tired, achey and need to relax than this is the place to go. They also do body treatments like salt scrubs, facial treatments and reflexology. Anna is the esthetician there and she is amazing! Got to love this place! read more

I just had my first ever massage and had a recommendation from a good friend to try Cary Massage. I called and was able to get an appt within the next hour that same day. My birthday is tomorrow so I thought it would be a nice treat. I had to fill out a little paperwork and then i went right in to the room. I was so impressed with the experience! It lasted the whole 60 minutes and was just so relaxing and wonderful. My therapist was so friendly and so were the ladies in the front desk. I used the yelp deal for $50 for a $65 massage. It was totally worth it & I will be back here in the future. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had at any massage establishment. After multiple confirmation emails and phone calls, I drove over an hour to get to this pathetic place to be told once I walked in the door that there was no one to actually do my massage due to someone "not feeling well". Not one person bothered to call me or inform me that my appointment was being cancelled. I would never return here. read more

I would like to say I have had my fair share of massages. This place is by far the best. The staff is always accommodating, cheerful and punctual. The massages are relieving and atmosphere comforting. I would recommend this place for anyone. :) Thanks again massage Cary! You really do work out the kinks. read more

Great massage, great rates, very friendly staff, would go again in a heartbeat! It is a bit challenging to find, so give yourself time and don't add stress to a stress relieving experience! read more

Excellent massage. On-line scheduling is simple. Fantastic followup. Love the regular emails. Professional and friendly. Definitely going to make this a regular activity. read more

I've gotten many massages and/or facials here and I'm a big fan. The staff is courteous and seems genuinely concerned about helping you relax and feel good. I've had a few different massage therapists and each one has been excellent - some of the best massages I've ever had! They just have an instant calming effect on me. Beds are comfy and heated. Ambiance is set with peaceful music. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is sometimes I can hear a loud train during my massage and sometimes one of the rooms is chilly and no calming scents like lavender. Will keep going back! read more

So happy they were able to get me on same day service. They were so inviting and have me water and cookies while I waited. The equating room was dark and relaxing every staff member was so polite. They honored my yelp coupon along with the check-in deal. I wish I lived closer I would go more often!!! read more

It is tucked away in a small office park but dont let that deter you. I only had to wait a few minutes in the lobby as I had the paperwork all done prior to arriving from their website. I was booked for a Swedish tissue massage but I wound up getting a Deep Tissue massage which is what I really should have booked. Elizabeth did my massage and she was fantastic. I had some pretty tight knots in my left shoulder and she worked them out really well. She knew what she was doing for the entire massage and was great to talk to as well. I will defintely be returning and requesting Elizabeth again for my massage. I highly recommend Cary Massage as you wont be disappointed. I also liked it as it wasnt one of those fru fru places. I felt great afterwards and had no pain the rest of the day. read more

Easy onlilne scheduling! Staff is friendlly and understanding!

Melissa is great! I went after a long trip and a crazy week. The hot stone massage was incredible. The place is cozy and prices reasonable for the superb quality of services. read more

I had a great massage last week. Let me start by saying that I made an appointment and got my days confused. I showed up on Wednesday but my appointment was supposed to be Thursday. They told me they would try to accomodate my mistake and they did! Jaime was my therapist and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and provided suggestions. Her massage was amazing and I felt better for the rest of the week! I can't wait to go back! read more

Updating my Previous review, though I had an Issue with this Establishment the owner cares a lot about happy customers. She offered to refund my entire payment for the other service I had as well. I only took the amount back that I had paid for the other service I had to go get after leaving here. That is fair, but we addressed the Issue and she acknowledged what I had pointed out as the Issue. So I am adding a star, good customer service goes a long way! Below is the original review: So I called in for a Massage today and was able to get in. That was Great, I told the Individual on the phone that I needed some work done and wanted someone able to give me some good heavy pressure and thorough muscle work. Now, as a receptionist I appreciate trying to be fair to everyone and get them booked! However I also appreciate being told honestly if someone can do what I asked for. If not, just explain that the individuals available are good, but not able to give a great deal of pressure as desired. I booked a 90min Deep Tissue with Hot Stone, knowing the heat would help to warm up my muscle Tissue and make it easier to work on. The Therapist I had was very nice, and tried her darnedest to give me pressure, I could feel her shake from the effort! She was good at the relaxing Massage she did give me, and Had that been what I was looking for this would have been a 5 star. Sadly, I have got some issues I needed addressed. I listed specific issues that I needed worked on, and I came out relaxed but with just as many muscular issues as I had going into the service. Not the therapist fault, she tried... But the receptionist needs to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the Therapist she is scheduling people with, and if one of them can't do what the client is asking for then it is better to inform the client of that! I paid for the service and gave three stars because the Therapist still gave a good service, just not the type I specifically told the receptionist I was looking for! read more

It has taken me quite a while to find a good place for massages. I found this after doing a Google search, and the Yelp deal helped. It was great. I could not have asked for a better massage. I have already scheduled a follow-up. read more
