I recently had an extremely distressing experience at the Carwash Club in London, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.
When I arrived, I was greeted not by a friendly attendant, but by a security guard who was unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. The security staff treated me with an alarming level of hostility from the moment I pulled up to the entrance.
This experience was both frightening and upsetting. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. Feeling unsafe and unwelcome, I decided to leave immediately, forfeiting my plan to spend my night there. The lack of basic customer service and the aggressive nature of the security personnel were absolutely unacceptable.
Moreover, there was no effort from the management to address this issue. When I tried to bring this to the attention of someone in charge, I was brushed off and told that the security staff were just doing their job. This response was highly unsatisfactory and showed a complete disregard for customer safety and satisfaction.
Given this experience, I strongly advise against visiting the Carwash Club in London. The hostile environment created by the security personnel makes it a place where customers do not feel safe or valued. There are many clubs in London that treat their customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve--this is definitely not one of them. read more
