I didn't realize this until I heard my wheels and rims scraping against the curb while trying to pull up. An employee did run out to help, but it was already too late to avoid the damage. The manager I spoke with seemed aware that this happens frequently -- they even have someone stationed there most of the time to assist drivers, but that person wasn't present when I arrived. If you would like to avoid this frustration, I'd recommend going somewhere else until they redesign this setup.
