i would advise anyone who has items at this pawn shop to go pick them up. this pawn shop is not…read morebeing ran like a legitimate business. we paid interest on our item and when we came back a month later the whole business moved with no type of signage that they was moving and the man certainly never ever disclosed he was moving locations. so after a good year! we have been lookin high and low for this carvalhos pawn shop. after an extensive search i found the owner. he says they had some family issues. i can understand that. but this business has underminded my trust considering we were very good customers an they never felt the need to inform anyone about their move. i went to another pawn shop and unbeknownst to me they had heard all the horror stories about ppl looking for this pawn shop high and low. the man told me that two older white ladies came in to his pawn shop crying hysterically, because they just like myself felt our items was lost due to: them closing without notice, not answering phone calls or phone is disconnected and they didnt provide a we have moved sign on the previous building. rumors was going around that the owner KC passed away but i have found this to be false. the NEW LOCATION ADDRESS IS 6232 GREENBACK LANE. for anyone who is STILL looking for these ppl and you have items you want to retrieve. im not a lawyer but i do know pawn shops are federally regulated and i would think if you take ppl items move locations for 8-9 months and no notices was provided i would think the item should be forefeited to the person who was trying to redeem their item for almost a year. but again im not a lawyer. however i did notice since their move better business bureau has dropped them as a business for ratings due to all there poor complaints. if i was you i would get my items from them and NEVER RETURN they arent running this business as a legitimate establishment. now the neighbors of the new location has said they have only seen this pawn shop open ONCE for a month since they moved their and it hasnt been opened since. they said they would be open full time starting this week but i went by there and again they was closed this is a very regular occurance they dont honor the days and times posted on their business when they will be open. is literally a cat and mouse game with these ppl. BEST ADVICE GET YOUR SHIT FROM THEM AND NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. aint no tellong when you will get your items back and i havent confirmed if they even STILL have my items. because the business is STILL not opened. if this goes on much longer im going to seek legal action and file a petition in small claims court for the value of my item and emotional distress because i spent 1yr trying to get my item back! the rest of you all should follow suit!

I sold the ring on eBay to a diamond buyer, who had a shop in Massachusetts. I had no problems with the transaction & no complaints about any "chip" on the diamond. This shop is not honest or trustworthy. I would never recommend them to anyone buy or sell them anything. They will try to cheat you out of your money. Awful business.

The man helping me showed me how they work, how to charge them and even pulled out his own cell phone and showed me how to sync it to a cell phone. I listened to music and they sounded great. So I'm extremely happy. He also showed me two Louis Vuitton purses. One thing I do know is my purses and these purses were overpriced for there condition but that's ok I will keep looking. I wish I could remember the mans name who helped me because he was extremely helpful and professional. Most people who have read my reviews know I'm a single mama of 3 kiddos and with Christmas around the corner this is always how I shop. I will definitely be back to this location because I'm always on the lookout for awesome deals. Why buy new when you can buy like new for half the cost and nobody can tell they are used. James, the old man, came over and started looking at them. After a few minutes, he was done and asked how much I wanted to sell the first and most expensive coin for. I told him $350 which is well below the price range that this particular coin is selling for on Ebay and other coin exchange sites. When I told him that, he threw up his hands, barked "I'm not interested" and walked away. I was confused and after a second I got his attention again and asked if he had another price in mind. He came back, looked at the Greysheet and offered $210. I of course said no, so he grumbled and started complaining about how he has to deal with this every single day (which is job....) and then refused to quote the rest. I told him thank you for looking at the coins and he didn't say anything back. The next day I listed the coin on eBay and it sold within hours for $390. I am very disappointed. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars here buying silver and various coins. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to purchase or sell.
