I've been their customer since 2008 and have never had a bad experience! Never. These reviews are crazy. As for letting customers know about their pawns that is the customer's responsibility. Secondly, they do let customers know in the mail. They try to extend your pawns if needed as well. Customers need to work with them. So to say they are rude and don't work with the customer, that is not true. As for their doors. lol. The doors are not jammed. The doors have buzz locks for safety of everyone. You ring a door bell, they buzz you in. Are we really complaining about doors? I also want to make it clear there is only one entrance and exit and that is the front of the store. If there is a back it is a fire exit and for employees only. Every single employee who has helped me with selling stuff, buying stuff, layaway or loans have been very professional to me. I've noticed professional customer service towards other customers as well. The only rudeness I have witnessed is by the customers. Sometimes customers don't like their quote. Often the customer are missing paperwork or do not have sellable goods, so they get frustrated or desperate and they take it out on the employees. As for the management, top notch!! Yes, I know what's up at this pawn shop because I've been coming here for almost two decades. I wanted to work here at one time! It looked like fun and challenging.
