Joe was extremely efficient with his estimate and even itemized the multiple options that he could offer for our yard. Joe was extremely receptive to new ideas and answered all of our questions in a prompt manner. Joe and his crew were punctual, professional, and worked diligently to ensure we were satisfied during and after the work was completed. We had a large stone flower bed, tree, and bushes removed. We also had a large retaining wall, Henry pavers stone trim x2, and multiple bushes, plants, and trees installed/planted. Treated these workers to food every time they came and spent thousands. As soon as major jobs were done I was on this companies "pay no mind list" and would not even return a text for days after. Will not be using these folks again. Not a good way to retain customers and drive loyalty. Only as good as your last invoice paid. read more

I was so upset this morning to see one of my favorite trees uprooted from bad storms. I know that trees can't last long when in that state so I called several local landscape companies right away, but others wouldn't commit to coming out quickly (or even give me a return call at all.) Caruso's answered the phone and right away gave me a time for an estimate in just an hour's time. He was there on time (even a little early), gave me a reasonable price quote for the job, and were actually able to get out later that afternoon to get the tree re-rooted and well secured. Would absolutely recommend and will call them back in the future when I need tree or landscaping work taken care of. read more

If you want grown men urinating in your yard - hire these guys. I was impressed with how quickly the guys got through our side yard. We had a lot of bush removal to tend to. Throughout the day, they ran into some problems, which is unfortunate and really stinks. Some machinery stopped working and got stuck in the ground. Not once did any of them tell me what was going on. Never kept communication open. They didn't finish the yard, put soil over roots and areas that they dug up, very messy, not even balanced. I understand that some things happened that were out of everyone's control, but the fact that no one let me know anything that was going on, or that they were behind, or that they weren't coming back or finishing the job, is inappropriate, unprofessional and rude. I only found out because they talked to our neighbor - and for some reason didn't come to me at all, when my fiance was the main contact person and our yard was the main project for them to work on. All of the guys left without a word. I didn't know they were done for the day. Didn't know they left. Nothing. As they were leaving, a caught one of the workers PEEING in our driveway/bush. Now that is disrespectful. Even after they didn't have the communication skills to let me know what was going on, or that they were leaving. They communicated to my fiance through text instead of phone call or waiting to at least come back and talk to him in person. These guys do not communicate well. Not happy at all with their service. Joe and his team did an excellent job with our landscaping project. He responded very quickly to my inquiry, he scheduled an appt and showed up on time, he had his estimate to us within hours, scheduled the start of the project within days and completed it in a timely manner - working very long days. Changes added to the project by us were not an issue and were handled professionally. We are very pleased with the end product and would highly recommend. read more
