Zero stars deserved. Don't take your car here. Shop around if you can no matter what your insurance company says. My car ran fine until I took it here after an accident on the recommendation of AAA. It took them 2 months to fix it, they stole things out of my car and my car has never run right since. I'm not the only one this has happened to. A relative had her door replaced there and it doesn't close properly anymore. They're using cheap parts from china or used parts to fix your car. So if you have a newer car, buyer beware. Wow, where can I start. First of all I had my 2016 Chevy Tahoe painted due to Some scratches.. When I got my SUV back since the color was black, when this people polish my Tahoe it had all the circles around that side of the truck... I took it back, they re-did it! I don't understand why this people think that when you polish a truck you only have to do, that one side... and not the entire truck... anyways... besides the paint having also bubbles that they said would go away on there own I didn't like there job! Horrible... disgusting. I had to pay out of my pocket to have someone re-polish my truck.. with that being said... I wanted to give this people a second chance, Why? I don't know., but I did. I had my nephew give them a try on fixing his Toyota Tundra... wow, let me just say! Why are this people sooo greedy and unprofessional? He dropped off his truck back in August, since today 11/3/2022 still not fixed... The collision to the truck wasn't even that bad for them to take that long, and still keep demanding more money... they charged him $9,600? Really?? Not to mention he lost his job, because that was his only source of moving job to job.. something that should've taken weeks took months. And still today no truck because they need more money.. he just took a walk of an 1 and a half this people said they needed to wash the truck... that they would call him when ready. Did they call? NO! My nephew called instead again and this ass holes said, that they weren't letting the truck go because they needed more money... greedy ass family business... I was referred to Carty's Collision by a friend. The shop is also an approved facility for my insurance carrier. Drop off was quick and easy. Expected time for repairs was adhered to. Pick up was especially wonderful because not only did my car look amazing, but there was a thank you card with a Starbucks gift card inside to thank me for my business! The note and gift card was a very pleasant surprise which indicates that Carty's not only does the work they promise, but they go the extra mile and actually care about their customers. My car had three separate issues: 1) I was side swiped on my driver door. 2) I had run over items and curbs, thus my front bumper was trashed underneath making it bow out. 3) I had door dings from thoughtless people. All three issues were completely repaired and painted in a manner that my car looked brand new again. The paint matched exactly and you literally cannot tell that there was ever any damage to the car. To top it off, my car was thoroughly detailed inside and out! On December 21st I dropped my vehicle off at Carty's Collision Center. My vehicle had fromt end damage from a collision. I have used Carty's before with excellent results. It took a little longer to finish my vehicle due to parts currently taking longer to arrive because of the Ciovid shutdown in 2020. And I'll admit it was a little frustrating at times. But when I saw my car and it looked brand new, it was well worth the wait. If you want the best body work around you need to check out this awesome family owned business. They were fast, kept me updated with texts/calls on the progress of my car and very friendly. I showed up to pick up my car and the owner came out to ask if I had 5 minutes to wait so that they could dry my car up because it was wet from the rains the night before. Something so small, but definitely appreciated. They brought my car out to the front and it was beautiful and clean! Over the weekend I dropped my fifth wheel trailer on the bed of my baby, my FORD F250 Lariat 4x4. I was getting ready for a trip the leaving the following Saturday. Took it to Chuck and explained the situation, and boy oh boy! He jumped through flaming hoops, he performed a miracle and had it ready for me on the Friday the day before! It looked like nothing happened and he restored my baby to its original look. I use to go to Crown Auto body on Holt in Ontario, and after a couple of experiences found out they are crooks. I was traveling on business and only in the area for a day. I parked a bit too close to a parking block in a rental and popped some plastic tabs on the front end of the car. I called 4 other shops the earliest they would see me was 3 to 4 weeks. Carty's had me stop by within an hour. Chuck surveyed the issue, replaced the the two tabs, FOR FREE, just saying to "Pay It Forward" and got me on my way in about 15 minutes. I want to thank everyone at Carty's who assisted me and repaired my 2013 Toyota Highlander. Joe did the estimate to my car and he was friendly and answered all of my questions. Whenever I called or emailed him he responded back to me within an hour. I was told that my car would be in the shop for 3-4 days and I had it back in 3 days as promised. I would've had it back in two days if I didn't have to get approval for a wheel alignment from my insurance provider. I stopped by Carty's three different times (estimate, drop off, pick-up) and each time I was in and out within 10 minutes. Carty's used brand new Toyota parts and matched the paint perfectly. When I picked up my car there was a hand written card from the owner of Carty's thanking me for my patronage along with a $5 Starbucks gift card. That was totally unexpected. I was actually referred here by my pops who had 2 cars fixed there over the years. If you are a AAA user they are in the "network" . My entire experience with them was pleasant, scheduling an appt was a breeze and the front desk receptionist was very nice. The guy who also did my initial estimate was really great at explaining the work that needed to be done. Since my issue is a jerk scratching my car, it was ready in a timely manner, and they washed and cleaned my car too! Oh and i forgot to mention their work comes with a warenty :) It was really great dealing with you guys. I would recommend!!! I've had the misfortune of being struck twice. I was referred to Carty's by my insurance and glad I was. Carty's does not cut corners and warranties all repairs. In my last visit, my vehicle was to be ready on Friday. I needed to travel over the weekend and they told me it should be ready about 3 pm. Carty's repainted the hood on my car it looks really good now. They also paid for a 3 day car rental while my car was getting repainted. The issue with the grill not being aligned to the hood was corrected. Again they could of added some gas into my car when they drove it. Still received my car without any windshield washer fluid.
