A few years ago, someone lightly scraped my bumper. I took my vehicle to West Works to evaluate it. I asked whether they thought it was worth going through insurance, since the damage was so minor. They told me they were confident they could just buff it out, and they did. *Free of charge.* And it looked nearly perfect. This car was first taken to caliber collision when it was first purchased for a paint defect by Toyota and they did a horrible job and didn't match the paint at all. I was referred to a few body shops by my insurance agent. I looked at a few different places but wanted to go to a smaller shop where my truck would be turned around quickly. I can not say enough about how impressed I was with the service here. When I arrived on a Monday afternoon my intention was to get it looked at and get an idea of a turn around time. They were so helpful and even got my rental car arranged for me, and had the rental car company pick me up! The whole staff went above and beyond to help me transfer all my items to my rental and get me all set up. Beside that the review is about the work I got completed here but I had to note their customer service being impressive. I turned in my Sequoia on a Monday for rear end bumper damaged and it was turned around to me on Friday. They also helped me get out a few scratches which was sooo nice. I found West Works based entirely on location and stopped by unannounced to see how much it would cost to fix the side rail and underside of my front bumper (after accidentally going over a curb in my new Mazda). The man who works there was extremely welcoming, down-to-earth and honest. He said that it would be expensive to get new parts (Mazda prices) but he could reattach the existing parts and do his best to fix the crack in the front. When I returned to pick it up, he didn't charge me a thing. Of course, I'm not suggesting that this happens regularly, but I could tell that he was an honest person who didn't want to charge for a minor repair. When I thanked him and told him that he would have my business in the future, he said, "let's hope not I don't want you to do this again and have to return to the auto body shop." Such a nice man.
