She came highly recommended from a friend's wife and boy was she right! We tried working with one realtor before Meghan. It went terribly. Very slow follow up, several hour delays between responses on text messages. Sometimes even days! Just not what you want in a competitive market like Clearwater/Tampa, FL. Maybe if this was a buyers market. But it ain't that. I work in a highly competitive and high volume sales field and am constantly on the phone. I know how crucial follow up and constant communication are. Meghan worked almost exclusively with my wife in purchasing our first home. Since the end of February when The Key West Center manager moved on, the center has been poorly…read moremaintained by the owner of The Key West Center. Their unwillingness to run the Key West Center as anything more than a decaying office building is affecting many small businesses within the center. The temporary 2-week receptionist sent up from South Florida was a rude incompetent know-nothing who made it clear that she would prefer to be in South Florida than in the sleepy town of Palm Harbor. Palm Harbor is a really good community. It is a very safe place to live and work. Palm Harbor is a nice and quiet alternative to the city life and inner city urban blight. That is rapidly changing. Since the management change of 3 weeks ago there have been no executive center services, as per a memo circulated to all tenants. There is no gate keeper, no one to book or manage the conference room facilities, and no coffee. The mail service responsibilities have been handed down to maintenance. No lights are on unless a tenant strolls through the darkened hallways and finds the light switch. There have been parking lot accidents, bar fights, drunkenness at all hours of the evening even after legal closing time. Outside lighting is not functioning making a dangerous atmosphere for those working in the later hours. Broken glass, empty paper cups, vomit and used condoms have been found in the parking lot in the mornings and weekends. Skate boarders use the parking garage as their personal skate park knowing no one is policing their activities. HVAC is not functioning, the bathrooms are deplorable, there have been plumbing issues, mishandled mail, down WIFI, and structural issues and this is just what has been mentioned by fellow tenants. There have been days when there is nobody at the front desk making it hard for tenants to know when their clients show up. When trying to contact someone it is impossible to get a call or email responded to.

If you are assigned to William Merritt III, find another lender. This man is very condescending and…read moredisrespectful. He does not communicate well, if at all. When he does it's to talk to you like you are beneath him. I at one point told him that his tone was very condescending and that I am not a child. The deal on that home fell through and we proceeded to find another home. William did not contact me at all until less than a week before closing. When I had questions he started every sentence with "like I told you" I had to stop him and remind him that he has not even spoken to me in over a month to tell me anything. I asked if it was customary in Florida to discuss his clients financial information with the realtor. I was assuming he had been speaking with the agent because it was not me. He came to the closing and immediately started talking to me in the worse manner possible. In the middle of him telling me what he "told" me weeks ago, I called his assistant and she confirmed that I was informed yesterday. This really set him off! My husband interrupted him and told him not to talk to me that way. Will's exact words were "she needs to be talked to this way" needless to say there was almost a physical altercation. The Title company representatives wanted him to leave their office. They had never heard a lender speaking that way and said she had difficulty with him as well. He was slamming doors and having an all out tantrum. She offered to refer me to another lender instead of continuing. Honestly if it wouldn't be a detriment to the sellers, I would cancel this contract and find another lender. He does not deserve a dime of my money. My advice is if you are a home buyer or a realtor, use anyone at this company with the exception of William Merritt. One thing I forgot to add. After the first deal fell through and I corrected him on his condescending tone. He offer to pay for the appraisal on the next home. (I'm guessing this was a ploy to keep me with him) After the appraisal was performed I noticed that it was charged to my credit card (without my knowledge or consent..that's fraud) Will then stated that he was unable to pay for it as he had promised.
