No after market or OEM parts were available for this printer. Using intuition, experience and going the extra mile they have my printing running like new again. Xerox was of absolutely no help to debug the problem initially, so I gave Metro a try to see if they could just look at it and identify the problem. They went beyond what I expected and so very grateful for the performance and courtesy of their team.

We ordered paper from Office Depot. Two days later they sent us an email stating that a delivery…read moreattempt had been made. No deliver attempt was made, both my wife & I were in the house during the time this alleged delivery attempt was made and they are not telling the truth. We don't listen to loud radios or anything of that nature, no attempt was made or we would have heard it. It's my contention, they send these emails to customers to make them think it is the customers fault deliveries weren't made within their 2 day window, then the next delivery option is a week away. Instead of making these false claims of two day deliveries, why not just tell the truth and tell the customer the actual estimated delivery date. I'm fine with a 7-9 day delivery time, but I'm not fine with being deceived. The truth is, if they had indeed tried to deliver our order, they would have had success. We're two people (in our 60's) that work from home and (because of Covid-19) only go out of the house once or twice a month to buy groceries. the claim that they made a delivery attempt is completely false.

I needed to do some printing and don't have a printer at home. I was happy to find there's a FedEx…read moreOffice (does anyone else still call them Kinko's?) relatively close to my home and gym. I called before I headed in yesterday because it was snowing and I lived in Seattle for the past nine years, where everything shuts down at the mere threat of snow. But this is Minnesota and they were indeed open. I used the self service copier for my print jobs and a PC station to edit a Word doc. The PC station usage is charged by the minute, so I would not recommend heading to FedEx just to browse the internet, compose a long document, or do research (you can do that at most libraries for free, BTW). Both the copier and computer were user friendly and take credit cards for payment. While I was there I was asked by several employees if I needed any help. I was a little surprised to see a plotter in the copier area. So you can do large format printing here if you need to! My only quibble would be that I had to go to the front desk to get a scan . A minor gripe, but could be troublesome if you were in a hurry and there was a line at the front. Also, why do they trust you to print and copy but not scan? This store is large and clean and seems kind of new. There are FexEx shipping services and supplies, of course. I perused the store on my way out and noticed you can also purchase (random) things like candy, books, calendars, office supplies, and greeting cards. This FedEx is in the same small strip mall with Chipotle, Firehouse Subs, Tokyo Grill, and Sprint. On the 80 bus route (which hardly ever runs, so good luck). Quite convenient to have this in my hood.

I had dropped my Iphone and part of the corner popped out of the case, so knew I needed to get my smartphone fixed. I checked out some Yelp reviews and decided it was worth stopping by. First, Snelling Avenue was undergoing major construction when I drove there, but it was easy to get to and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. It was empty when I went in, and I was promptly attended to. The store manager, Demetrius W, helped me. He went over the minimum labor fee of $26, and they literally fixed it within 5 minutes. I barely had to wait - had great customer service, and found the price to be reasonable from other estimates that I got online. Overall, very happy with my relatively easy Iphone fix!
