I love U-line - 5 stars! I've been doing business with U-line for a long, long time. They've done such a consistently great job over all these years, it's time for me to give them props on-line and on Yelp! If you own a business, you probably know ALL about U-line. In large part, they sell things to businesses in bulk. But they'll sell to anyone. The best known categories are packing materials, boxes, and totes of every size. They also sell bulk food service products, safety, janitorial, etc., etc., etc. Over the years, U-line has NEVER messed up my orders. They've always been accurate and on time. Occasionally, I'll order some very large items and I get to see an actual U-line box truck and meet an actual U-Line delivery driver employee in person. They've always been very friendly, personable, and helpful. My latest purchase was a bulk order of 200 egg containers for 12 chicken eggs (see photo), just like the ones in the grocery store except with no logo and no design. Again, everything arrived on time and everything was perfect. The prices are always reasonable too. Of course, the more you order, the better the deal. Thanks for everything, U-line! Just called U-Line in Hudson to see if I could order and pick up an item at their will call window and pay cash at the time of pick up since I do not have electronic payments options. Was told that they don't allow for cash payments, so that gets them a huge downgrade right there. I asked if there were other options and the gal said, "Well, you can pay by cash or debit." I had explained to her when I asked my initial questions that I don't have those options. Was she not listening? Poor customer service. So since that they don't allow a person to call in and order an item and then walk up and pay cash for it, they've essentially lost any potential future business that would have come from me. I mean, are they in the business of selling things or not? Seems not. U-Line is a fail. read more

Absolutely the worst ability to plan a delivery route in my history. We used to be able to pick up our products in Hudson. Then that was stopped and we can only get product via delivery. They make a commitment to deliver during a certain window and yet they don't deliver. They were supposed to deliver in the morning of a given day. In the afternoon they said they'd deliver the following day. Who has time or interest in putting up with this absolute BS. read more

Great place with prompt service and a parking area within the loading zone to easily transport your order(s) to your vehicle. I recently picked up my second order from Uline and everything went smoothly. My same-day-pickup order was ready to go and their staff helped me load it into my SUV. I love having the option to drive an hour away and get everything I need in one go. I also utilized the "specials" section this time and got some freebies that I would have overlooked otherwise. LOVE Uline...but ever since they implemented a $25 pick up fee for Will call orders...not loving them so much. Such a dumb move.

Just received notification that starting 5-31-2015 Uline will be charging a $25 "handling fee" to pickup for orders under $300. Said it was due to "congestion" and "to provide you with the best customer experience". I have picked up many times at Uline's old Eagan and New Hudson, Wisc locations and never see ANY congestion. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
