She was having a problem finding the return authorization from Amazon on her phone. The lady behind me was getting very frustrated but in my mind it made me feel good that the gal was so kind. Then I was paying for some merchandise (same store) and the check out guy was helping an older man decide on a journal he was thinking about buying!
