The manager on duty was not helpful, with a "Tough luck" attitude, and blaming "supply line issues". I contacted their national help desk and was assured that their North Carolina- based management team would contact the location, and I received a phone message later that day from the local duty manager that " since (they) could not meet my needs" I should take the car to another business. Not only did they not do the work in a timely manner as was expected by me and my insurance provider, they refused to make good and complete the work.
