If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.

The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. I did have to use interior wipes to clean up areas that were missed and it didn't seem like a thin attachment on the vacuum was used to get into the tighter spaces at all. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.

Camerons literally 'supposedly' did an oil change but failed to put a dipstick and oil cap back on- those items were also listed on the insurance estimate and on my receipt. How in the world do you allow a vehicle to leave your lot without that even after doing an oil change? Of course a BS excuse was given when we went up to Cameron's to get them to do the work that they were already paid to do!!! 20 years ago I wouldve took any of my vehicles here and not been worried. The nice ladies behind the desk took my information and had a technician meet me out front. Once he confirmed what I wanted done, I headed to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. This meant I could not only use my camper but I also could not get it off my truck. Anyone who is camping right now knows that there more people camping these days, it's hard to find camp spots but RV service shops are also backed up for a multitude of reasons. Regardless, Tom and his crew genuinely care about their service, their reputation but most importantly their customers. Not only did they take the time to listen to my situation, make the time to help me out but also advise honestly and accordingly on a SOLID solution. I took their advice and upgraded to a stabilizer system that wasn't the best / most expensive but the one that was right for my camper and financial limits. Lastly they got me in and out in 24 hrs because we had a place book for my niece's birthday the upcoming weekend. I was very impressed because that was not just installing but modifying my camper with upgraded stabilizers because the ones that came with my camper were cheap. Their installation looked very professional and they were thorough in showing me how to use my new system. There great folk, they don't B.S. and they were common sense.
