It's weird and I can't say that I like it. It is very hard to find specific stores if you are not already familiar with the layout. I felt like I needed to do some reconnaissance prior to going to the mall. The mall has a Nations Experience (aka Nations Fresh Foods) there which is fairly large with an arcade and huge kids play area complete with ball pit and huge slides. It's a big international grocery store with a pretty awesome food court. The mall also has a Winners, Homesense, Bouclair, Pier 1, Michaels, Linen Chest, Dollarama, Ardene, Tip Top, Banana Republic Factory Store, Old Navy, The Shoe Company, and a few other stores. They have quite a few dining options too like for fast food they have Five Guys, Thai Express, Chipotle, Freshii, and a few more, and for sit-down restaurants they have Sunset Grill and a Shoeless Joe's, and maybe a couple more places. They do have a Chatime if you're craving a bubble tea. I could see this layout being a huge pain in the winter or when it's raining.

I was surprised to have the opposite experience at this location. I wanted to exchange an item and the online site had an exclusive sale that they wouldn't honour in store (Eaton Centre would've done it). Okay fine, still had to return an item. However the cashier told me the only option it was giving her was to mail me the balance. My husband and I very obviously then began discussing whether it was worth it or not to just keep the item but the cashier said "it's too late, I already put it through." I was very annoyed and wanted to make a stink about what she had just done, but instead just took my receipt and left. I have never had any issues exchanging/returning things at other locations, so I had no idea why this one made it complicated, and on top have staff who just processes things absentmindedly. So annoyed that I will not return to this location.
