"Ben does good work over there" - - high praise from a man of few words :) I have to tell you Ben and his crew did not disappoint!! They really did bring my 2017 black on black Equinox back to her original glory! The Equinox has sat outside for the past 8 years so exterior was very faded. Having two cats at home + a teenager = the inside had seen better days. This did not stop Ben! He had it back to me in 24 hours and I swear somehow she just drives better! :) For a fair price too! Thank you Ben, we will definitely be back. Especially now that I see in other reviews you do tinting! See ya next time Ben!

Found Anchored to Love Detailing, and was impressed with the reviews. I requested Eric put us down for today. We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. The only negative thing I can say is now I'm seriously considering when I can have him back to tackle my F-150!

First-class work. Exemplary service. He always made himself available for any questions, and for off-hour calls since there was a 6-hour time-zone difference then. The work scope was comprehensive: a full-body wrap along with Modesta coating, including wheels. In addition, I paid for a roughly foot x foot vinyl decal to be placed on each side of the car. This was a personal highlight for me, as the resulting image and placement were spot-on. The final result - everything - was stunning. I had chosen Detailed Designs Auto Spa based on their prior Yelp reviews, and to be honest, I was just slightly skeptical of their perfect 5-stars. However from beginning to end, that perfect score was, and continues to be, earned. Did I mention that they picked up my car from PEC Atlanta in their enclosed trailer? Or that JC tried to ensure his quality of work stayed that way, by suggesting I stop by other like-minded Modesta detailers along the way on my cross-country trip through Houston, Orange County, and my ultimate destination back in Honolulu? Even though JC and his crew provide a finished ( pun intended) product, it is safe to say that what they really sell and provide, is a service. And when that service exceeds any reasonable form or expectation, the least I can do is to put some thought and care into any review underlying my reasons, especially for those in the community who also seek quality and service...and quality service. 2 months in, and JC emailed to ask if I was satisfied with his work and the other Modesta detailers I visited. Yes.

JC and them did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail and knowledge is amazing. Get information from him and then compare to other places. Other detailers ignorance is astounding, and it will anger you that you've been washing your car wrong this entire time. Especially when I take mine into service and ask how they wash. They just were not taught how to wash. JC and his guys will tell you how to maintain, care, and beautify it for years to come. He won't upsell you and wont overcharge. You can tell that the team's heart and soul is in every car. But there should never be a question about whether to go or not. Merely when. It is more than a regular "detail" shop. Then again these aren't people that are off the streets part time, they are truly professionals in their field and are always refining and updating their methods when it comes to skill and technology of car care.
