I have had a few occasions where an associate was completely clueless, but, you get that sort of thing everywhere, so I can't hold that against them. They have a decent selection of shoes, but are lacking in some areas. Their children's section, INHO, is insufficient; we usually end up settling for something . And, for women, their wide with selection is poor, unless you're buying sneakers. At least 75% of the time, I walk out not finding anything. But my husband & older kids have had much better luck. As for prices, I feel they are on par with department stores. There are several competitors with lower prices, but that's usually due to poorer quality products. Also, you can get some great deals if you download their customer loyalty app. All in all, a solid place. Wish they had more variety & sizes, but would say that most people could probably find something they like here.
