All i wanted was to see if they had a size XS of one of their shirts for my wife and they legit said "eh idk" and so I had to ask can you please check and they just walked away after letting out a big sigh and then 15 mins later the girl comes back and just say no we don't have any. HORRIBLE customer service from a brand that's been going downhill with quality that's been decreasing. I picked the colors I wanted and decided to try them once more to be sure I liked the fit. Associate told me where the fitting rooms were and I was shown a room by the fitting room associate. I received clear directions on how to ask for assistance and where to leave unwanted items. After determining that I did like the design, I headed to the cash registers to pay. The cashier and manager were assisting another customer with an issue and I waited a while. The same associate who helped me initially came to the register area and rang me up. She was friendly and cheerful and I appreciated all her help throughout my visit. I'm glad I stopped by. Sad panda I didn't get her name.

i'm such a spoiled little shopper brat…read more i grew up within 7 miles of the second largest mall in america (woodfield). i am used to having skus upon skus to wade through to create the perfect outfits. then, i moved to denver. who knew the shopping was so limited? i couldn't believe that the target in the tech center didn't even carry plus sizes and that the closest torrid was 20 minutes away not in DENVER (the big city), but in LITTLETON! the drive was worth it. the store has quite a few skus and is on par with my home location. there was plenty to sift through and i was super happy to walk out with my cutie tops and shorts. the girls were super helpful and attentive too. as long as i fit in the sizes (which i'm hoping won't be forever), i'll be back. :)
