They have been always very friendly and helpful. They ask if you need help without being pushy or annoying. You can always find a coupon on magazines, if you don't, it's all good. They are always running sales. Their apparel washes well and they have lots of accessories. Did I mention their merchandise is super cute?? They have a tv that plays yo-gabba-gabba while you shop, so if your little one isn't into browsing for a new outfit he/she can watch a fun and safe show. The only downside it's the size of the store. I go in the store and ask what time they close and she responds really annoyed. I then realize I have to use the restroom. I tell the cashier I had to use the restroom and was coming back. I come back and the store says it's closed for 30 minutes. I do wish the cashier would have told me she was going to be closing but it's obvious she didn't care. I had to leave and didn't get to shop at all. I get it's probably her break time so I do think it's the store's responsibility to hire enough people to accommodate customers. Also, when they put up a sign that they will be back in 30 minutes, most customers won't know if that was put up five minutes ago or 28 minutes ago. It's not helpful at all.
