Rooms are beautiful, during our stay we asked if the temperature could be lowered and the staff immediately addressed the issue. Housekeeping was great, love the Wilbur Chocolate treats. The bar in the lobby (Blackworth) was also great, as is the surrounding Lititz community. Finally, our stay concluded on Christmas Day, when we left in the morning there was a stocking full of treats on the door, the details were just amazing. Room was super comfy with a nice couch and mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. 2 bottles of water was a nice surprise. What really stood out was the room darkening curtains, woke up at 7:30 and thought it was still 4am. We did have an issue due to a winter storm, took out their satellite tv so it was a quiet night. We had a very restful night.

We called the number on the door and the call was immediately answered by Brian, one of the owners. He was very kind and walked us through the process of checking in, which was very easy. The other guests that we encountered were also very pleasant. The BNB is located on Main Street with many option within walking distant for dinner. I had worried that there might be a lot of street noise from traffic - nothing to worry about because most of the businesses are not opened late. The breakfast was made each morning by a wonderfully helpful woman, Cindy. She answered questions about the area and where to visit. The room was pleasant and most importantly the bed was comfortable. We would definitely return here again and recommend it to friends.

Flat screen TV with remote and the heater worked. The bathroom had a heater too, which was nice. Bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. Continental breakfast was small bagels and pre packaged cinnamon rolls. Along with oatmeal and a couple of cereal selections. Coffee, milk and orange juice were also available. Doesn't bother me, I don't book hotels with expectations of a great continental breakfast. I did see a review about smoking, and I have to add that we went to a little bar around the corner. You can still smoke inside and we had to shower when we got back from the bar. We also had to leave our clothes in the bathroom with the vent on. LOL. I wonder if that's why the room smelled smoky for them... I wouldn't definitely stay here again if I am passing through. Again- 4 stars for the price.

Our suite was never visited by housekeeping to tidy, empty overflowing trash cans or make the beds for our entire stay. A crushed cracker on the floor of our elevator was still there three days later when we left. There was no coffee nor were there coffee cups in the room and we had to call. Our corkscrew was broken and we had ordered a charcuterie board and wine. These things and a few other issues with billing kept it from being outstanding. We complained,. The desk clerk apologized, but nothing was done about the situation. That is unsatisfactory.

I could even forgive the out dated style and yellow wall paints if it wasn't for one thing. Omg. Omg. The music, the music. For some reason we could hear loud music in our bedroom/hotel room the whole time but from around 12 am - 8 am. We heard it when we checked in and the next morning, while my husband was still asleep. When I say loud, I mean we could understand every word in every song that played. I am assuming it was the music from the restaurant, but after paying over $270 per night it is something I would not expect to happened.

So I go back downstairs and ask to be moved- they say they only have a two queen bed room. So I tell the manager she's a moron and go back up to my room. Should have walked to the local convenience store and got a carton of Parliaments. The vending machines are empty, the pool is "closed for maintenance," and the whole place is underwhelming. The next morning I waddled down to the lobby for the free breakfast - which looked good. Real scrambled eggs, an option for ones with cheese, brown n' serve sausage links which we grew up on, and home fries. Got a little of each - but the problem??? IT WAS ALL COLD!!!! I made two mini waffles and they were good enough - even though the waffle mix was incorrect. I pride myself on a day after coffee at these places - put in the creamer and Splenda, and then added what looked like a very light roast. IT WAS COLD!!! And the coffee had more water than roast grounds. Man what a joke of a hotel top to bottom.

The fitness room was basic but clean, and it was much better than trying to run outside. The location is a little odd-it's right next to an RV factory? but it was convenient enough for our tournament. The biggest highlight was definitely the breakfast.
