After the job was finished, there was no notification that the job was complete. In fact, several materials and tools were left scattered behind. We then discovered numerous issues and excessive damage caused during the process. This included problems with the subfloor, uneven stain coverage where the old stain shows through, gaps and transition issues, mismatched show moulding, and multiple baseboards that were torn off and not reattached correctly. There was also damage to surrounding walls and trim that occurred during the work. A representative from the company finally came out to review these concerns after numerous contact attempts. Upon reviewing the work in person, RVA flooring acknowledged that portions of the work were done incorrectly. We were assured the issues would be corrected and that someone would follow up to schedule the repairs. Unfortunately, that follow-up never happened. For months, we have made repeated attempts to contact the scheduling team to set a date for the agreed-upon fixes, but our outreach has largely gone unanswered. At this point, we are simply trying to have the workmanship issues and damage addressed as promised. We chose Flooring RVA expecting professional service, quality installation, and accountability. We are still hopeful they will stand behind their work and make this right, and we ask that someone from the company contact us to schedule the necessary repairs.

They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. Big mistake the ice froze the sealer and now our concrete drive is falling apart. Constantly chipping and flaking. They clearly don't stand behind their products or their customers. I would Submit pictures for all so you can steer clear of this money pit company but unable in this review. Full disclosure: I purchased a LivingSocial deal for 1 hour of lawn care at $60. Combined, our front, side, and back lawn equal less than a quarter acre of land. We scheduled an appointment (during which the owner explained that the LivingSocial deal was meant to "drum-up business" and only included mowing, edging, leaf blowing, etc.) and three men came to our house to do the work on an early spring day. I thought it would be a nice treat for a little post-winter season yard work. I had no expectations of anything beyond the terms of the LivingSocial deal. The team was punctual, very friendly, and seemed to work well together. I was a bit disappointed, however, in the work. They asked us what we'd like to see done; my husband explained that both the front and back yard (.15 acre total) should be mowed and edges trimmed. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I knew our back yard might have needed to be cut on the long side for the first cut of the season, but it actually looked as if very little was done at all. The front yard was not touched. The work was completed in 20 minutes. For $60, this seems a bit steep. I do understand that the LivingSocial deal was meant to drum-up business, as the owner stated, and that these types of deals can overrun businesses with new customers...but when I conveyed these concerns to the owner in a follow-up email, this was one of the responses I received: "Stopped by your house. I guess you all thought the living social deal was more than a grass cutting, weed eating and blowing. There is a lot of plant maintenance work to be done. I can give you an estimate to complete the work, but that was not included. Also, I know they only spent 20 min at your house, but in a means of labor hours that equals 1 hour. Let me know if you all will need additional help." I thanked him for his diligence in following-up with my concerns, but didn't appreciate the attitude--which I read as attitude--in his email. Unfortunately, the grass cutting didn't happen in the front yard and weeds weren't destroyed in the back yard. With some more experience and time, I can see CW Landcare going places. My recommendation? Enjoy the sunshine and get some exercise by doing your own lawn care.
