I'm redoing this review after George reached out to me…read more I took my jeep in for a radiator check. After 3 trips we determined I don't have a leak but did have a small oil leak which they did fix and did a tune up. I appreciate them trying to follow up and fix this.

On 3/5/24 I dropped off my Durango at Lawley Chrysler Dodge. Work to be done was a radiator…read morereplacement and engine mount replacement. Mind you all of my maintenance has been done by Dodge dealership. During this visit I dropped my Durango off and upon picking it up my weather stripping was damaged by the technicians which they DID NOT tell me. The only reason I looked was because when I started my Durango I heard this weird gurgling noise so I opened my hood and noticed that the overflow reservoir was bone dry (not with in the min/max levels). When I brought it up to the service advisor he "mansplained" to me that if I wanted more in it he could put more in. Mind you I worked in the parts department at a dealer for 9+ years so knowing how much coolant is required isn't a hard sell. Also when the advisor pulled my truck around I noticed he was lining up the steering wheel to make it look straight. Once I got into my vehicle (that I have owned since I purchased it BRAND new), I noticed it was super sideways. I turned around and told them it was off and they made me seem like I didn't know how my vehicle drives. I left the vehicle for another day so they could check out my steering wheel. They said they did an alignment. But once I left, I noticed it STILL isn't straight. I brought my vehicle to the dealer because I expect the highest quality from the people who represent Dodge. I bought my car new, I'm trying to keep it like new. I have never been so highly stressed, disrespected and disappointed all at the same time.
