The next visit the owner told me he found the over-site and refunded me the money. Great people. Local family owned. Use these guys.

A-1 is only 10 minutes away from my job but it's an hour away from my house, which is way too far to drive just to pick up a dress, so I really only gave them about a day and a half window to alter it. If I hadn't explained my wedding situation to Anna, she said it wouldn't have been ready until Tuesday because they get very busy due to their location in a strip mall on a busy street. Luckily, she was happy to accommodate me and she said my dress would be ready before I even got out of work on Friday. BLESS. Anna did an AMAZING job on my dress and she's so kind. First I met with the young guy who was nice enough who had me do a fitting. The old man that does the alterations struggles with English. Neither of them could give me a price estimate for bridesmaid dress alterations and I didn't want to look for other places. My second fitting, I met the woman who appears to be the daughter of the old man. She was rude and rushed and couldn't give me a quote for dress alterations, only that it would cost "a couple hundred" because it was a lot of work (hemming, taking in the shoulders and bust). The alterations had already been started so it was too late. No one ever called me to tell me the dress was ready. I had to call them. I picked up my dress today and it was over $250! The craftsmanship is mediocre with uneven stitching with some loose threads. The shoulders weren't shortened, just folded over and sewed. I will not be going back.
