Their bid was in the middle of the pack, but the companies owner's professionalism, technical expertise, and genuine concern about our happiness and satisfaction was significantly above his peers. He did not tell us what he thought we wanted to hear, he gave us his honest opinion and feedback - even when he did not agree with our ideas. He discussed our project with us, it never felt like he was trying to sell me something. His team is the epitome of professionalism, from their technical competence to their work ethic, to the respect they treated the project and our property with. Hard workers. effective and efficient. Superior product delivered. I would choose Va Deck Works again in a heartbeat. Investing a latge amount of money on a home improvement project is scary, but this company did everything right.
