The next day, we were so fortunate to find DECO on Berry St. They were able to find a replacement windshield within 24 hours, replace the windshield, vacuum the car (glass all over the front seats) & obtain a rental vehicle, as they needed a few extra hours the following day to complete the job. All of this, on a Friday & Saturday morning! The service people, from the front desk to the technicians in the back, were incredibly attentive to our situation (we were heading back to Alberta). We are so thankful for the quality of service, the value received for our money and being able to head home as scheduled. After about 8 months, I noticed a hairline fracture in the chip repair so I took it back to Speedy Glass. The Manager said it was probably that the glue had contracted a bit but he happily took it back and re-repaired it for free. Something I didn't know at the time was that they have a life-time warranty on all repairs! After he re-did my window the Manager asked me about the little scrapes all around my Jeep and offered me a very reasonable deal to fix them. I gladly accepted. They did a fabulous job! I was the first one at this location to have this done. One spot is still needing repair and when I pointed it out, they immediately said that they would get that done after Christmas. Highly recommended, a can't be beat warranty on your glass and small damage repairs in one spot!

My appointment was for 12noon but I wasn't seen until 12:30pm. They told me to come back in an hour so I did, and when I got back at 1:30pm I again had to wait an additional half an hour. When the mechanic finally explained what was wrong with my car he was EXTREMELY condescending! Saying things like "Do you understand what I'm saying?" and "Do you know what that means?" I took my car and left. A few days later, they called me back saying that I needed to bring my car in AGAIN before MPI can work with them because they didn't take enough pictures of the damage. The only good thing about my experience was that they washed my car and reinforced my license plate because it was loose. I will be going somewhere else to get my car fixed.

One skinny blonde passed me off to the bigger dark haired girl who didn't smile, had horrible tone of voice and no mannerisms. I feel horrible & unwelcome. You can tell they are overly fake nice to some people and rude to others. They don't give you any information so when I had to ask they give attitude because it bothered them that I did not already know. I spoke with a manager about them who was kind. Was late for work, so I told everyone my experience but also to not to go there to avoid this unpleasant experience. Someone else said they had the same when they went. I'd give them no stars but if they work on it well enough then I will give the mechanics the stars because the customer service is super unpleasant. Will not be returning or recommending them

When I questioned the employees, I didn't even finish my sentence before they quickly told me nope, that was there when you brought it in I swear (a blatant lie, the whole thing was cracked). There was unfortunately nothing I could do after that, so here I am. Speedy glass broke my window, then looked me in the eye and told me they didn't. It would be a foolish decision to give this company your business. There is no company that deserves the revenue less than speedy glass.
