So I call back and say "Hi, my car is written off and MPI is having you guys pick my car up, I just missed your call." And the guy on the other end says "what?".... so I repeat myself and the guy gets increasingly agitated with every word I say. I definitely wouldn't choose this tow truck company to handle my vehicle when they can't answer a simple phone call. So rude and unprofessional.
