He told me I need to change the brake fluid since it is terribly dirty, need to change the antifreeze system, need to change the transmission cable, and quote $750. Afterward, I showed my car to three different mechanics including Ford. All of them said the brake fluid is pretty clean, with no issues with the transmission cable and antifreeze. All I need to change is the MAF sensor.

Be VERY careful when consigning your car with Nott…read more I consigned my Mercedes G Wagon with Nott for four months. It failed to sell and I went to pickup the vehicle. After doing so, I noticed significant damage to the vehicle's vinyl wrap, including tears, bubbling, and scratches. Upon bringing it up to Nott, they stated that the damage was pre-existing and due to a poor wrap installation, despite the damage including actual tears and rips. They ended up offering me $400 to cover the damage, despite my actual costs to fix the damage being nearly $3,000. During these discussions, Jamie McDougall at Nott called and harassed my wrap company, personally called me names, and even chased me out of their showroom saying that "I should be ashamed of myself". Appalling conduct coming from an employee at what is considered to be a "luxury" car dealer. I took Nott to small claims court here in Winnipeg and won a judgement to cover my costs in full. A court officer took two minutes to grant my claim after reviewing the evidence, when Nott time and time again said I was out of line and had no proof of any wrongdoing. Upon bringing this information to light via Instagram, someone managing Nott's Instagram account messaged me personally and made further attacks stating that my car didn't sell because it was "gaudy" and had "awful style selection". Quite the contradiction from all the praise I received when I brought the car in originally, and a great cherry on top to this whole dumpster fire of an experience.

The whole right side of my car was smashed in so the passengerside doors didn't work, nor the container for the windshild wiper water was broken, the lights on the passenger side and the blinker was broken also. UUGGG (If I haven't said that before). Rueben gave me a call and asked me to bring in the car. They wrote up what needed to be repaired. I waited in the front room. When CJ told me he was ready - I went back and he had somehow made it possible to open the doors, showed me how to live with no window water. I had no expectation whatsoever that they would be able to quickly fix the doors so we could use them until the car went back for the full repair. Rueben called to confirm the repair date in June. When I drove in at 10:00 am all the paperwork was ready!!! Get that - the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The whole turning over my car took maybe 8 minutes. Then he called me about 10 days later to say the paint was drying and I could come the next day. My car was sparkling!! Both the inside and out. THE INSIDE too!!! I have been driving my car - now for two weeks. I have had NO - Zero - ZIP problems since I received it back!!! I have waited these two weeks before I wrote a review in case there was a problem.
