Went to many other dealerships on Regent, but ended up coming back here. Got the exact car I was looking for, at a price I found fair. No, it wasn't the craziest deal in town, but I didn't have to deal with slimy, pushy salespeople. I got that from the other dealerships. This was a big purchase for my young family, and Carvista made it smooth, fast, and accommodating. That was worth it for me and my family. He started by saying how light the fob was ( saying it had no battery in it . ) This was even before he opened it up to find it did indeed have a battery ( new ) The he tested the signal being emitted from it . It was present and strong . Then he said there was something wrong with it and told me i needed to buy a new one . All the time I got the impression I was wasting his time . I walked out without buying and never went back . I would not recommend this business to anyone .

The tech, Paul even completed the service without me being on location, which was a great relief considering I was travelling with a four-year-old. Great communication on what they could do, on what they needed from me and trying to prioritize my request. It did take them a few hours to get me put on the schedule so I had to spend some extra time in the city but overall fantastic service. Couldn't have gone smoother. Highly recommend.

Usman Orunsolu was our sales specialist; He was very approachable, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. He had timely and accurate responses. The dealership was able to make significant compromises to help us get a car during the COVID Pandemic ,and we really appreciate their efforts! We will certainly go to this dealership, and specifically Usman when looking for our next vehicle; And, I would highly recommend him to any friends or family. There was a little confusion with some of our Sales Agreement paperwork, which caused some added stress to our experience. But, this was resolved reasonably quickly.

As well as a courtesy vehicle with navigation, as I am not from the city, and I drive 3 hours just to keep this appointment. Long story short, I got a courtesy vehicle and immediately went to another dealer to try to trade the vehicle in just because of their numerous past interactions with me and getting my car serviced. (All recalls, nothing mechanically wrong with my 2018 Impreza) Note: I did all of this interaction without a face covering as there are health exemptions in place. I got a call saying my car was done while talking to a salesman down the road at Jeep, and told him I would return with my car to appraise it for a trade in. When I returned to pick up my car, they refused me service because I wasn't wearing a mask. They denied the province of Manitoba of having ANY health exemptions. I corrected her that there were indeed health restrictions, to which she totally ignored me and went back to playing on her personal phone. The person behind me stepped forward and claimed my car keys, and she without hesitation, she handed over my keys to a complete stranger, who handed me my keys. I drove straight to Jeep, opened my hood, only to find the original coil pack was still installed on my car. They didn't even do the recall! THEIR CARS ARE GREAT, but avoid this service department at all costs!
