I have heard a lot of good employees have left because of the shenanigans this man has pulled. The service is always behind and the parts people are dismal at best. The only shining light in the place is the service advisor Patrick graham. But who knows if he is there anymore. Ziggy is usually there as well but is a rude as they come. You can usually catch him chatting with Kevin. The owner is a really nice guy and would love to give a better review, but he has to clean house if he wants to have better business. Only go here for warranty work. The mechanics are good.
