It was suggested by a friend to take my car to UG. They were very friendly, timely and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. As a woman, I didn't feel intimidated and I was treated with the upmost respect. The waiting area is new and contemporary (wasn't forced to watch Sportsnet or the Golf channel the entire time). Plus, it's one bus to downtown so it was easy to drop off my car and get to work quickly. They not only fixed my car but informed me of other things they noticed that could use some repair. I will never take my car anywhere else, even if I live on the opposite side of the city.

Then, waited 2 days while they did nothing to my vehicle and wanted it after another weekend . The manager was always explaining to me her troubles with missing employees or what ever. Then when I told them I wasn't coming back, they insisted i owed them for an oil change, even though I found black oil and Canadian Tire even said it was never changed plus they stole my extention cord left in vehicle. I will never use them again. I was so angry they are lucky I didn't make a scene, with my cane. NEVER believe them and try not to use them. And please tell their management for me, that I had to spend over 3 grand at Canadian Tire who kept all their promises. I will never Go to Dynamic. And C.T. were kind enough to shuttle me home while I wait . Although I dislike all there sales gimmicks that they push when it was time to pay. A plus is Canadian Tire has the parts, so no waiting due to that. Garage across street was open enough on phone to tell me about the long wait or I might have tried them. A Tire Company has bought it out Gary's old business and obviously don't give a crap about the customers. And if your oil is still looking dark , don't believe them when they say it's been changed. Big jobs need to go to large garages who have the time.

Came in to the shop and was told that they're still waiting for the parts to arrive. When the parts arrived, they said that the parts delivered don't fit my car, so they had to re-order it. In the end, the brakes were installed, but I waited for over 3 hours. However, they charged me a lil bit cheaper than what they initially quoted me.
