The next day, we were so fortunate to find DECO on Berry St. They were able to find a replacement windshield within 24 hours, replace the windshield, vacuum the car (glass all over the front seats) & obtain a rental vehicle, as they needed a few extra hours the following day to complete the job. All of this, on a Friday & Saturday morning! The service people, from the front desk to the technicians in the back, were incredibly attentive to our situation (we were heading back to Alberta). We are so thankful for the quality of service, the value received for our money and being able to head home as scheduled. A warm and heartfull THANK YOU to all of the staff at Deco on Berry St. in Winnipeg. Roland & Louise R. (Edmonton, AB)

J Maxx folks: Ruben and CJ have saved me from torturous and never-ending phone calls with MPI. My…read morebrand new, really brand new car as of December 30, 2025 was smashed by a driver going through a stop sign in mid February. UUGGG. Thank heavens no one was hurt. The whole right side of my car was smashed in so the passengerside doors didn't work, nor the container for the windshild wiper water was broken, the lights on the passenger side and the blinker was broken also. UUGGG (If I haven't said that before). Rueben gave me a call and asked me to bring in the car. They wrote up what needed to be repaired. I waited in the front room. When CJ told me he was ready - I went back and he had somehow made it possible to open the doors, showed me how to live with no window water. I had no expectation whatsoever that they would be able to quickly fix the doors so we could use them until the car went back for the full repair. Rueben called to confirm the repair date in June. When I drove in at 10:00 am all the paperwork was ready!!! Get that - the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The whole turning over my car took maybe 8 minutes. Then he called me about 10 days later to say the paint was drying and I could come the next day. My car was sparkling!! Both the inside and out. THE INSIDE too!!! I have been driving my car - now for two weeks. I have had NO - Zero - ZIP problems since I received it back!!! I have waited these two weeks before I wrote a review in case there was a problem. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER!!! If I could give Rueben and CJ 10 ********** in gold I would immediately. Thank you J Maxx for hiring top notch employees. They deserve a raise and a full course meal.

He quickly noted that it would be fixed under warranty and completed the required paperwork and scheduled a time for me, as well as offering a courtesy vehicle, (which was spotless). I will be back in the Spring to have my vehicle detailed by J Max, which will make my 2015 RDX look great. I highly recommend J Max for their attention and detail and helpful staff. When I took my car in to have the window fixed after a break in, the only issue was that one…read morewindow. When I picked my car up, there was a massive crack across the entire windshield. When I questioned the employees, I didn't even finish my sentence before they quickly told me nope, that was there when you brought it in I swear (a blatant lie, the whole thing was cracked). There was unfortunately nothing I could do after that, so here I am. Speedy glass broke my window, then looked me in the eye and told me they didn't. It would be a foolish decision to give this company your business. There is no company that deserves the revenue less than speedy glass.

I brought my car in to get my one of my front lights fixed from a collision…read more It was my first time bringing in my car for that reason. My appointment was for 12noon but I wasn't seen until 12:30pm. They told me to come back in an hour so I did, and when I got back at 1:30pm I again had to wait an additional half an hour. When the mechanic finally explained what was wrong with my car he was EXTREMELY condescending! Saying things like "Do you understand what I'm saying?" and "Do you know what that means?" I took my car and left. A few days later, they called me back saying that I needed to bring my car in AGAIN before MPI can work with them because they didn't take enough pictures of the damage. The only good thing about my experience was that they washed my car and reinforced my license plate because it was loose. I will be going somewhere else to get my car fixed.

Was late for work, so I told everyone my experience but also to not to go there to avoid this unpleasant experience. Someone else said they had the same when they went.
