First, they were happy to get me in that day while two of their competitors couldn't get me in for days. The service was fast and friendly. After about 8 months, I noticed a hairline fracture in the chip repair so I took it back to Speedy Glass. The Manager said it was probably that the glue had contracted a bit but he happily took it back and re-repaired it for free. Something I didn't know at the time was that they have a life-time warranty on all repairs! After he re-did my window the Manager asked me about the little scrapes all around my Jeep and offered me a very reasonable deal to fix them. I gladly accepted. They did a fabulous job! I was the first one at this location to have this done. One spot is still needing repair and when I pointed it out, they immediately said that they would get that done after Christmas. Highly recommended, a can't be beat warranty on your glass and small damage repairs in one spot!

They discovered additional damage and contacted my insurance company to request coverage - I never heard back from Boyd until my vehicle was "ready" for pick-up. When I arrived to pick-up, I was shocked to see that the additional damage was not repaired - Boyd explained that my insurance company declined the request. I contacted my insurance company and they said they requested ADDITIONAL INFORMATION from Boyd, and did not Decline anything - they contacted Boyd 3-4 times for info and didn't get a response. Boyd was in a rush to get my car out of there so they could bring in the next sucker. Not cool!

The girls in the office are very rude and when I confronted them about my gas tank being empty even when I brought it in with more then half a tank of gas she gave me attitude! They GUARANTEED me that my car would be ready the next day 3 different times and it wasn't! I had to get more insurance for my rental car because of their stupidity. When I finally got my car back they didn't explain to me that my right blink still didn't work. All they said was they were waiting on a part. The office woman are horrible!
