We decided on Maaco due to a potential sale of the car after repairs are done, that was their request. No longer an issue. Here we are on day 10, we pick up our very perfumed car. We were told the car was detailed, it was vacuumed and sprayed with something that is not nice. Some repairs that we were told were suppose to be done, were not completed. Apparently insurance said no to something. We were not called about this issue, not even told at pick up time. We discover this issue went back to discuss it, and were told insurance said no. I think it's bad business to not call someone or acknowledge this issue at all. The second issue is this company decided they were going to fix something that was not covered. Gave us a price for the item. When we picked it up it was more than double the price. Again no phone call to warn or ask permission to do this after the price was changed. This is so very wrong. That should be illegal. To double a price and not make a customer aware of this. The third thing is the tire was flat with only 6 pounds in it, never said anything or pumped up the tire. Who does this kind of stuff? We drove away and noticed it right away. @maacocanada

Had rust repair done on left rear wheel well on Ram 3500. Rust kept coming back. They redid it 4…read moretimes and said won't do it again. Rust was back again in weeks. We paid almost $1000.00 and requested rust be cut out. I lft it for awhile and just ground it down. Looks like it was sanded/ground and a layer of glazing putty put over then painted. Terrible workmanship. If you want quality rust repair this is definitely not the place to go.
