Chosen by my insurance provider - will never go here again. multiple delays in getting my car fixed, told twice it was the day I'd be picking up - only to have zero communication by the company that my car won't be ready. Avoid at all costs!!! I would leave a 0 star review if I was able. They are insurance scammers. They take the money do not actually fix anything properly and take an unreasonable amount of time to do in their own words "a quick fix." We have been dealing with this company since December with ongoing issues with our vehicle. Their mechanics don't know how to align headlights properly so imagine getting anything more complicated done. The manager is rude to her customers and will avoid dealing with their complaints or deflect any responsibility. She is unprofessional and her mechanics do not have the skills required to properly fix a vehicle. Customer service and quality of work are not priorities to this business. Please avoid the same mistake we made in entrusting our vehicle to this business. read more

My car repair was delayed due to the current supply chain problems. However Alex and his staff provided almost daily updates. My Subaru Outback was restored to it's original condition. I got into a car accident back in June. They claimed to fix it. When I got my car back my headlight wasn't working and my bumper wasn't pushed in properly. 3 months later my bumper still isn't put in properly they haven't fixed it and my windshield fluid line they messed up and haven't fixed. I am BEYOND mad and disappointed. They are the worst car shop around. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more

I took my car into Fix Auto to be repaired after a girl hit it in a parking lot. My first impression on entering the office was how clean and organized it was, and to boot, you got a friendly welcome from Leanne and Shelly. Leanne had an appraisal done up and they handled the communication with the insurance company to get things done. My Car was booked in within a couple of weeks and they arranged a rental car for me. The repair was finished the following day and they did a really great job. Everything they did was explained to me in detail. As an added bonus, they detailed my car for me before I picked it up. I want to thank Leanne and Shelley for their very efficient service, and although I did not meet the repair staff, I would like to thank them for a job well done. I highly recommend Fix Auto. I would never recommend anyone go here that has had a major accident. My vehicle got hit when it was parked on the street about $30,000 worth of damages. AIRDRIE Fix Auto Manager told me that he would keep me update. He never once called to update me about my truck I had to contact my insurance provider and then he called me. After they had the truck for 3 mounts they called me saying the truck was ready. So I went over to pick up my vehicle and there where a bunch of things that still had to be fix, but the manager seid it was on back order. I drove the truck home that night and the next day went to wash my truck and I had water rain inside my vehicle! I went back over to Fix Auto and they put me in another rent! Couse they did not fix the problem! This happen 4 more times. I had to fix a couple of the problem couse they could not figure it out. I don't recommend going to Fix Auto. Worst experience with a body shop! read more
