No pro-active call within a day or 2 to see how I was feeling after the procedure, ok fine. By Saturday, I had the worst pain, swelling, and could see the extraction site was infected. I left 2 voicemails on Saturday on their emergency on call line, never received a call back until Monday (11.24) afternoon after they read my review on Google, which they've since removed apparently! I had to go to my Doctor-MD for antibiotics! Will never return to this practice, will alert my Dental insurance provider and my regular Dentist to not refer to them as well!

One of my daughters experienced some post surgery complications (no fault of the doctor), and Dr. Naumann returned our calls promptly. He and his assistant met us at his office, in the middle of the night, on a weekend, to resolve the issue. We are so very grateful! Dr Naumann then followed up with us by phone, and in person two more times to make sure everything was healing ok. We felt very well taken care of, and cared for.

They do return the overcharged amount after settling with the insurance company a month later. Of course, there's no interest added for holding onto my money during that time. And now I have the added hassle of filling out a form to put that money back into my HSA account. I visited all kinds of doctors since I had an HSA and this is the only place that returns money to you after charging you too much. Why can't they take care of the payments like all other medical offices?

I discussed my issues with Dr.Neha (she's awesome btw and great bedside manners) and she was quick, to the point and outlined various treatment options I could choose from. Part that I was impressed with the most was, the flexibility with which the staff and dentist modified the plan of action then and there to fit my need and treated me, instead of cleaning which is what I went in for originally.
