I have a wheel at the rear that needed repair, and it they repaired the front instead (the front has no damage whatsoever). What exactly did they fix? All it takes is ask a simple question to the front office and they will see the memo that it's the rear and not the front! They couldn't see the obvious single wheel that has damage while the other 3 has none? Now they are holding my car longer than planned so they can sort out their mistakes. Props to the lady at the front desk who did her job properly and noted the correct details. Someone dropped the ball somewhere and that person is not owning up to it. 0/10 would not recommend.

My bumper was falling off about 2 days after leaving the shop. I went back and they had it for a day. Fell off again after they so called fixed it. I ended up doing It myself... again on my BRAND NEW TRUCK. My rims were damaged and instead of replacing them like they charged Icbc for they fixed them.... Now they are both pealing and the horrible management is trying to blame everybody else. And is not warranting there work that was done last year.... Even though the receipt says LIFETIME WARRANTY. Remove anything that The manager said "there's a lot of crack heads around here" still shouldn't it be their responsibility to lock my vehicle. Has stuff like this happened to anyone else?
