Car got hit on the gas tank. Instead of being honest about it and saying sorry we made a mistake they double down on their b.s and tried to get us to call icbc and make another claim. cause they didnt want to get in trouble on from icbc for missing something. Long story short we have to fight them for them to do the right thing. 2 months go by and finally we get the car back. looks like its been sitting outside for months, they didnt clean it. Also Gas cap doesnt open, of course they missed that, interior trim parts are missing, but they said that it was never there to begin with. again had to argue with this people again and then after arguing they decided to order the part. Also we were so frustrated with this shop that we just took the car home knowing full well they didnt do a good job. is not worth the stress. If you Need a free parking spot for 6 months plus sure go to them, if not i highly recommend u not driving anywhere near this shop Also legally speaking they tried to get us to sign a document that wasnt filled up, and obviously got major attitude from the people working there for refusing their asnwer was " we will obviously fill it up later" ... lol as if i would trust anything coming from this shop

Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it, in the end I was left with a door that had most of the paint scratched off. Knowing that it might be better off just paying for the repair I did some hunting around and got a few quotes and in comes Medowridge Collision, while not close to where I live they did come recommend by family. They took my poor injured (both body and ego) car and gave me a quote that was 30% lower than craftsman collision, I'm already a happy camper. I leave my car there for about 4 days and I come pick it up - voila, good as new! Well almost, pride is still dented but they specialize in cars so I can't fault them on that. Emily was the one that did the painting on my car and she did a fantastic job, I can't tell where the painting started or ended. The icing on the cake? They buffed out some other scratches they noticed on the car and returned it clean inside and out, that's where they exceeded my expectations for customer service. This is a business I hope I never have to visit again but if the tank is attacked by rogue inanimate concrete I know where to go.

I searched for a highly…read morerated ICBC auto shop in the neighbourhood and found this Mountain Hwy Collision Repairs and Auto Glass. I saw a lot of good reviews about it, so I brought my car to this auto shop for a quote. The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car. I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend. I would highly recommend this auto shop to others if they need to fix or repair the cars due to car accidents.

After pointing out that at the end of the day they had provided a defective repair they promised they would follow up. Never did. Would strongly recommend against using them.

James removed it and fingered out the issue and said to replace it would cost $900. Instead he found a way to hold it back down with urethan adhesive so that I wouldn't have to pay the $900 for a replacement when the rest of the rail was fine. He didn't even charge me for that (I offered). Said that the adhesive should hold it together good. Other places (Craftsman, Kirmac) told me to book an appointment and that there would be a charge just to remove and identify the issue. I think I have found my goto place for any repairs on my vehicle. It's hard to find good quality and honest work but I think I don't need to search anymore. I'll be back for sure for any issues and will definitely recommend them.
